the soul is the real u ,that will be going to paradise or hell at the end of days . Spirit is from God to guide us is his ways . it's that part of you that rebuke u wen u are about to do something bad while that from devil (demons ) convince u otherwise. when u die the spirit is taken back by God . while the real u (soul) is ready for judgment the body is a simple vessel that house them all that return to the soil .

A sex unsatisfied man has a very high tendency of cheating even if its a pastor . It's only God's grace and a very high level of restrain couple with discipline that can help hold him back .weather rich or poor . Not all men are sex-meniac but wanted to have a mind blowing sex even if its once a week or two week that can leave a very good memory of their woman in their head.
Women on the other hand perform very well during dating or courtship but once they are married they loose their guard and left the man wondering if it was the same woman. the woman is not only married to the house or the children she also have a sexual duty to the husband.
She can get help for the house , for the children, but not for the the sexual aspect of her marital life
But when u think u don't have obligation to sexualy satisfy r husband but u can dispense all r strength on keeping the house fine ,and the children looking good but already worked up too much to make love with your husband then u are telling him indirectly to assist u and the only way to do that is with with another woman in the long run though for the highly discipline one .
Can u imagine some men practically beg their house wife for days before making love to them once in a week or even in two weeks . but this man goes to work to church seeing fine ladies everyday but believe he has a better woman at home and then work on his eyes and emotions . only to come home and be disappointed
Do u really wonder out of the numerous reason for marriage the first and second reason for it. the most important is the first
1 .is to prevent fornication and adultery (check the books of apostle Paul)
2 . is for continuity of life by bearing children.
How can a DISCIPLINE man prevent adultery when u make him beg his lawfully wedded wife for sex just ones in a week . because the wife always over work herself on house and house and house but forget without the husband there is no house .
I really hope women can learn from this . Let your marriage looks just the same like when u r dating your husband ,always make yourself available to him every other thing can come after . good sex is an exercise itself to the body and a therapy for the marriage . pls learn .
The post is only applicable to responsible and discipline couple not the other way round and remember all men are not cheat for this that are opportuned to have the good ones don't chase them out.

Nonsense . Are u suppose to be teaching for the aftermath of rape or how to avoid been rape and how to handle a rapist trying to do u harm .
Please people especially ladies should learn the phycology of a rapist, How to identify potential one lusting after u and in case u were attacked where are the sensitive part of the body u can go for in just a second that can help u escape the scene . stop waiting until u r raped, u may not have the opportunity to tell the tail.
