That's not possible, even the SD 1gb does not perform better than mtk 2gb ram ,if it was the SD 2gb to mtk 3gb or SD 3gb to mtk 4gb its reasonable which is not fully true

How I wish I can upload a shot video casting with 1gb SD and 2gb MTK here, you could spot the difference...I love UMIDIGI in fact redmi 7 and power almost same price.

Don't know if it's my Miracast only SD does the casting properly even 4gb ram lags when casting while SD 1gb ram does better than MTK 3gb of ram

post the pics make I feel how it's look like,I still thank God for not saving me from mtk phones I know I won't regret buying R7...if the camera is better than my UMIDIGI A3 in low light and front better than the back of my UMIDIGI A3 am good to go, infact I don't fancy too much of camera it's been long I snapped pics self, good battery too I do get 6hours on A3, with the battery am seeing here am really impressed

Thanks ,mine is redmi 7 not REDMI NOTE 7, I guess it doesn't has camera like RN7 but people are not saying any negative things about it or nobody they use am here

Back camera on HTC better than RN7

HTC M9 won.. more faster and lag less compare to RN7

Heating
M9 is very good in cooking of food
RN7 is as cool as water...I don't play games on both phones but always online 24/7.

Built Quality
HTc is hammer compare to RN7

Battery...
nothing to write about on M9...
RN7 the battery king

phone was purchase for less than 60k...

and it meet my needs 100%..

I read through the forum and was amazed when I saw people complained about this phone because I did not observe any major bug yet.

for those complaining of software bug.. it's normal in software ,out of frustration I sold out my iPhone 7plus shipped with iOS 11...

many of you guys purchased phone of 60k and expecting performance of Samsung S10E....

You people should post pics taking with R7 I guess R7 doesn't gat any issues, can't wait to have mine hopefully next week will surely post pics taken with it.


Moreover can it cast to Miracast, that's the main reason I didn't go or wait for UMIDIGI A5 pro or Elephone A6 mini, all mtk have used or tested on my TV lag and HTC SD processor with 1gb ram did the wonders

The band 28 thing is starting to confuse me. It's like band 28 has two children and unfortunately glo 4G and redmi go only supports one on the opposite ends.

Did any redmi or Xiaomi phone global version support band 28 which works with Nigeria Glo?

You are right, i intially fell in love with the fone right from xiaomi facebook page, youtube reviews and then on NL, but i choose to dig deeper and also tried to follow comments of some users here who gave an unbiased review and also stated the faults they experienced. It then dawned on me that a lot of things were over rated here. I could not just sit back and ignore the negative reviews people posted.
Yes, i use an infinix and was thinking of changing brand but it seems my infinix and xiaomi are in the same league. My major problem with this thread is you guys need to stop over hyping and over rating xiaomi. It really gets under my skin.

have you tried to cast on infinix or any mtk phone? it's lag a lot honestly am presently using UMIDIGI A3 all the order stuff is good to but have already order for R7, even my decade HTC with 1gb ram 4.4 OS version works better than so called infinix or other mtk devices ,tried to cast using a friend infinix 3gb ram 32gb of Rom octa core I could not play a movie nor play games with skipping and lagging.

Is ur phone bootloader unlocked?
Do you have twrp or any custom recovery installed on your phone?
If yes, just download Magisk 19.2 zip file and flash it with twrp recovery.

I have the custom recovery but I haven't flash it using sp tools,can I extract the scatter file using Miracle cracked or laddin flash toolz

Download the whole ROM and flash with custom recovery TWRP, u will lose root but just reflash Magisk

Does R7 has cast, can it cast to TV cos that's the main reason I got it since most mtk phones can't cast without hanging, even my decade HTC 1gb ram work better that most of 3gb ram have used .

Shoptomydoor are scammers! i wanted to use their service to ship a phone, s7 edge. i checked out their quotes, it says 5,000 and delivery period is 6-9 days. They took over a month and now that my package is here, they are demanding for $40 for shipping! They are nothing but scam. This is the last time I'll be dealing with them

Call them to make complains am using them 2nd time now never know my own cost cos mine is just 120 pounds
