You could try to move it to phone memory not THE SD CARD, it do happened sometimes

Why am asking this question is that, i once took my sister to buy a particular brand of phone though the ba3 was removable but when the carry come ba3 dies it took almost eternity to get a replacement; now we are talking abt non - removable one.

It's very simple you lose the back screw and open it to replace you can also order for battery on AliExpress,you can even see battery with more mAh same to iPhone
