I think it is a good case to initiate but he has blundered already.There is no such thing as geopolitical zone in our laws.The unit recognized by law for federal character is the state. Once an idea,true or false is repeated for long it becomes "truth". There is no provision,legislation or statute in Nigeria that recognizes SE or any other political "ZONE" any discrimination case has to be on the basis of States.
