Do not take this sitting down,they assumed the certificates are all fake so you should do all to prove them wrong and get it back,you should have been more proactive and resilient.You should have had a lawyer to them requesting they return the certificates,they have no right to hold on to the certificate if they are all original,and if its fake they are obligated to hand them over to the police who will arrest and prosecute.Waec will never issue you another certificate,at best you can get a ctc.

Alternatively you can contact the exam body if you are very sure that the certificate is original...Ask for an authentication letter from them and send it to the Embassy.. It is not that easy to collect an orinal certificate twice.

This looks like they have decided that your papers were fake, that is usually why they are not returned.
(Please don't argue on here as no one can change this now.)
You now need to get copies from the place that issued the certificates. (school Etc.)
