Tinubu and the governors cannot demand endless sacrifice from the people while those at the bottom bear the pain and alleged corruption goes without visible consequences. Where are the arrests, prosecutions, and transparent accounts?

A government that can find money to consolidate political power must also find the will to protect the people.

You cannot impoverish a nation to finance political survival and expect gratitude at the ballot box.

Lagos has 20 LGAs. I’ve been to all but one Epe. There’s not a single LGA in Lagos that can boast of having all its roads both major and inner roads paved. None can say they have water from government.

If there truly was a blueprint or master plan as claimed by Tinubu and his minions, why does every governor come up with different agendas? Why not just follow the one blueprint?

Fashola brought Eko Project, Ambode cancelled it and this current one didn’t even bother to bring it back. The only blueprint Tinubu has is Agberoism. They’re in every nook and cranny now that even young people see Agbero as a job and a future in it.

The only person that ever had a blueprint was the late Lateef Jakande and in his 4 years as governor before the military government under Buhari truncated democracy in 1983, Lagos saw real development and a man that had a vision.

One thing that’s very likely to happen is that of the 5.6M votes Tinubu got from the North the last time, at least 3M of those votes are gone to Atiku.

By January, he may be left with just 600K votes from the north.
