Make laws that’ll allow Nigerians bear arms of any kind just as the US has it.

We’ll have a Wild West for a few years, after that things will normalize.

If guns are legalized, many things will reset due to fear.

Politicians will become more afraid as they can be taken out for failing the people.

Bandits will not be as feared as they are now. Someone won’t come to another person’s farm and feed his corn to his cattle just because he can and he has a gun. If he knows that this community can have 10 men with rifles to match their madness, they’ll step back.

Bandits with kids in the forests will be stormed with citizens who have rifles and are ready to fight.

Just legalize gun ownership and watch Nigeria reset gradually.

I knew how desperate Obi was when he agreed to do only one term. How can you negotiate such conditions for a region that has never produced the presidency and expect to be trusted? If Obi had remained in the ADC and aligned his region with the North, he would have gotten the opportunity to inherit Atiku’s Northern bloc, a huge segment of Buhari’s bloc, as well as his Southeastern bloc. That would have made him unstoppable. He fears he would lose his base in the Middlebelt but that base is already gone to Tinubu, regardless.

Clearly, some Southeastern politicians like Abaribe and Ihedioha were thinking along that line but Obi threw them all under the bus. That's why none of them followed Obi on his wild goose chase to the NDC. The crop of Southeastern leaders that would not be supporting Obi come 2027 are only doing so because they want to stand the chance of becoming Vice in 2031 and use that as a launchpad for the presidency.

The man is just not smart politically.

Amaechi stands a higher chance of being president than Obi.

He pushed too far with his perceived popularity and votes from the last election. Also allowed his fanbase to over push him.

Peter Obi shot himself in the legs when he left ADC for NDC just because some people started trending OK movement.

ADC you joined since last year and majority of the party stakeholders were tilting towards party primaries but he wanted it zoned to the South.

Had he stayed back and contested the primaries he would have given others a run for their money. He may not win it but he would perform decently due to his Obidient base.

Man isn’t good at calculations at all. Kwankwaso that said he couldn’t deputize you in 2023 suddenly accepted to deputize you now and you didn’t put calculations together to understand what could be Kwankwaso’s motive and projections.

ADC is still the best option for him and he should have remained there. Nigerians were ready to vote that party regardless of what INEC does.

It’s good to be very calculating and project into the future and also learn from what worked for others.

Tinubu stooped to conquer by putting Buhari forward in 2015 and waited 8 years to use that “I helped you” to force Buhari hands in 2023.

Obi should have just agreed to deputize Atiku and become the VP. The VP still handles economy according to the constitution and I’m positive Obi will do well in that sector and that will motivate people to want him to be president after Atiku.

He just threw it all away and I’m pained. APC are seeing themselves winning this election now as it stands.

Whether they're interested or not, China is NOT about to rule the world. China is in an irreversible downward trajectory that will culminate in them no.longer being a world power. US will "rule" the world for a long time simply because of the way the country is structured. Young people and some of the best people in the world want to go to America and become Americans and they CAN. You can't go to China and become Chinese. And US political system is such that they constantly correct course. Midterm elections they may throw out Republicans. In a short while Trump will be out of office and they could go for his exact opposite. How can countries like China or Russia compete with that??

US has presence in all continents of the world, both militarily and economically, that’s not something China or any other country can boldly brag of.

That’s how you keep your powers. Expand and conquer more. That’s what China is also doing now, by entering many markets around the world. That’s how influence is built.

The one who controls trade, finance and holds the largest military power becomes world power.

A large percentage of the world’s payment systems are owned or controlled by US corporations. US controls a large portion of the world’s economy.

They have the largest and strongest military in the world.

Naira found its level; you can't have three separate currencies. The currency had to be unified. The real issue is that Nigeria doesn't produce anything; we import everything, including bottled water and toothpicks. If your currency is chasing imports, then the value will be low.

Oga. Tell us when Naira lost its level and Tinubu found it.

I remember clearly that during GEJ’s tenure at least for the first 3 years the rate of USD at the banks and bureau d change were the same. If there’s any difference, it’s usually not much, same as under Yaradua and Obj.

The large disparity started under Buhari which Tinubu says both of them are the same.

Now I need you to tell us when Naira ever had its real value or not.

It’s that large because Tinubu has dangerously devalued the Naira. If we say this, his supporters will say “Naira only found its real value” and also say “Naira has been heavily defended”.

One question they’ve not answered is at what point in Nigeria’s history did the government start defending the Naira?

Let’s not also forget that the budgets under this federal administration are overly ambitious and underperforming.

Allow the citizens bear arms and watch all these rubbish reduce drastically.

It’ll even be favorable in the long run. When citizens bear arms and are trained in using them, it can help in the advent of a foreign invasion.
