I am working on same thing, in the course of my research I heard about a company in Lusada/Igbesa in ogun state that buy in large quantity. Was even at the company but was told they are having maintenance hence not producing now.
From what I heard, they are a sure market for cassava, they use to in the production of ethanol.
The only thing you need to work on now is getting a variety with large starch content cos this will determine the pricing and acceptability.

Initially thinking of plantation farming but was advised to go for Cassava first as I can quickly get the market for plantain but for Cassava,I'm just sceptical and this is affecting my morale.
