The excel questions threw me off guard.
How was it for you and what do you think the technical assessment will entail assuming we pass this?

Kinda tough, was able to finish on time, the technical assessment may/will be questions on handling technical/real life cases on customer account, and visualization of case data. (PowerBi)

This is to inform all our clients that 2 patients receiving treatment in our hospital tested positive to COVID-19 infection during the past one week. NCDC has been contacted and appropriate steps have been taken.

MMM Rollover Strategy

It is explain in the following..

Normal/Traditional Method
Mr A Has a capital Of N50,000, and he pledges the same amount on say 1st of October, and he waits till 15th of October (i.e 14days) to be paired to Make Payment (you know it takes 2 weeks or less to be paired in MMM). After Payment, he will wait for till 31st of October(i.e another 14day) to cashout his Mavro (Get Help).
At the end of October after getting help, he receives 30% + Capital
Workings= N50,000+N15,000 (30% of N50,000)
After 30days =N65,0000 cash in as at 30th October


Rollover Method
Mr B Has a Capital of N50,000 and he pledges the same amount of 1st of October, knowing that it will take upto or more than 10days (Mostly) to be Merged to make payment, he went ahead to Pledge another N50,000 on the 8th of October (ie 7days apart).
Again on the 15th, the following week, he Pledge another N50,000,when he is most like to be paired to make payment for the earlier pledge (the one he did on the 1st).
When the Order to Provide the help comes in that week (Most likely, after 15days ) he Pays the N50,000 he pledge and cashout the same day or next as soon as it is confirmed by the receiver.

Note* the Mavro will be unfreeze after 15days, and be available for withdrawal at an extimate of half of 30% (ie 15% of Capital)
So, that week (2nd week) he has pledged N50,000*3times (1st, 8th, 15th)= N150,000 but only been merge to Pay one of the Pledges (1st).
He gets N50,000+N7,500 (15% of N50,000)
=N57,500 cash in as at 15/16th of October

On the third Week, 22nd of October, he provides another help of N50,000, when he's most like to be merged for the other payment (the one of 8th October).
When the order to provide help comes he pays N50,000 out again from his Account (remaining N7,500), and alsocashout the same day or next as soon as it is confirmed by the receiver.

So, that week (3rd week) he has pledged N50,000*3times (8th, 15th, 22nd)= N150,000 but only been merge to Pay one of the Pledges.(8th)
He gets N50,000+N7,500 (15% of N50,000)
=N57,500 cash in again
Plus previous balance in account
N57,500 + N7,500
= N65,000 cash in as at 22/23rd October.

On the fourth Week, 29th of October, he provides another help of N50,000, when he's most like to be merged for the other payment (the one of 22nd October).
When the order to provide help comes he pays N50,000 out again from his account (remaining N15,000), and alsocashout the same day or next as soon as it is confirmed by the receiver.


So, that week (4th week) he has pledged N50,000*3times (15th, 22nd, 29th)= N150,000 but only been merge to Pay one of the Pledges.(15th)
He gets N50,000+N7,500 (15% of N50,000)
=N57,500 cash in again
Plus previous balance in Account
N57,500 + N15,000
= N72,500 cash in as at 29/30th October.

Altogether he pledges 5times (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th)
But only merged to provide the help 3times (15th, 22nd, and 29th)....

Note:
The rollover is/will be carried to other months which will increase the return on Investment.

Conclusion:
Mr B gets N72,500 as at 29/30th of October using the rollover compare to Mr A that gets N65,000 as at 29/30 of october

The CORE Reason Election was postponed then.
