Hi guys, quick question, is there a certain amount of BTA for UK tourism? My sis traveling this weekend, she’s having cash of £500 excluding reservation, she staying for 10 days, hope that won’t lead to more questions at the POE?

Use booking.com and check for hotels with free cancellations when making the booking. Also choose the option of paying cash at the hotel when booking it. As soon as you cross the poe, cancel the booking otherwise your card would be charged. Also make sure to look carefully at the date/time the free cancellation ends.

Thanks God bless

Hello guys, I need a clarification on this, I got my UK visit visa approved, during the application I stated I’ll be staying in hotel during my visit, but later got in touch with a family member who’s ready to accommodate me during my stay, I understand I have to make the reservation cos it’s was stated in my application, my question is, can I make a reservation with the option of “paying at the hotel”? so I can easily cancel after I’ve been cleared at the POE. I’m actually trying to avoid a question like “why don’t you pay for the reservation before coming”? I don’t know if something like that happens at the POE, thanks for your contribution.

You overgeneralised, you are also an immigrant. A lot of people leaving Nigeria are moral and honest people.
The 80 Nigerians represent a few out of the thousands of Nigeria making positive impact on US soil. If someone judges you based on those people's action, i am pretty sure you won't be delighted.

Seems you guys arguing with Twood are new to this thread, cos you hardly see a old folk doing this with him, no be today he start to Dey talk rubbish about Nigerians aiming to travel abroad, after him fall out of status come go marry one size 60 oyinbo. Quick question, during your visa interview, did you declare you’re going to America to get married to a citizen? If No, definitely you’re one of the reasons genuine visa applicant couldn’t get their visas. Mr Twoods, No matter how long you’ve been in America, no matter your impact, contributions to their economy, you can never be one of them, they know where you belong, it doesn’t take them 24 hours to send you to your zoo when the time comes, don’t get carried away like a bastard who always describe his father’s house with a left hand, stop seeing those living in Nigeria as trash, not all Nigerians involve in scam, you living and having a good life in America doesn’t qualify you to be the best, it’s just an opportunity, open that blue passport you’re holding and see where NIGERIAN BY BIRTH is stated, If you can’t go back to fix Nigeria, then stop discouraging those who want to leave just like you did, God bless Nigeria.

Travel / Re: Canada, germany, finland, And Australia. Can 2m Take Me To Any Of These Countries? by Shigoboy(m): 5:16pm On Jul 06, 2019

Of course the field is always greener on the other side of town. Invest the 2m in Nigeria. If you run to the white man's land, who will build this country? If all the Americans, Canadians and Australians did not sacrifice millions of lives and limbs in fighting the World Wars, where will they stand today? If the white man did not rebuild after the war or after the multiple depressions, recessions and famines, will there still be a country for you to run to? I will advice you to invest that 2m in a small scale business and strive to build Nigeria. If we all run away seriously, who will remain to build it?
Oga stop deceiving your self. Where is the Nigeria to build? A country where cows are more important that human being? A country where police and arm robbers operate on same level? A country where graduated earns less than $200 a month? A country where a hard working father watch his children dying of hunger? A country where a senator ears times 30 of what a professor earns? A country where a victim cries for justice while perpetrators walks freely? A country where kidnaping is the new oil and gas? A country where prostitution is the only means of survival for ladies and yahoo yahoo for guys?. With the situation of things in Nigeria, the only blessing you can ever give to your unborn children is getting them a better country citizenship, traveling abroad is not all about making money but securing a better future for your lovely children so they don’t go on IG to write how they can buy a private jet with 5k give away.

Hi guys, I'm fucking tired of Nigeria Telecommunication companies, especially Glo, the way they charge me for service I never requested for is so annoying. What I always notice is, messages from 55888, 55990, 35184 etc, that my subscription for pigin Bible, health discussion etc has been renewed when I never subscribe for them, as I'm deactivating one, they automatically activate another for me, please how do I stop this from my line, I'm tired

The Igbos have a wise proverb that says;
"Ala dara a da, a dago!"
Once a brezz is fallen, you can't make it stand again.

Olamide's musical career is over no matter the amount of 'WO' he screams.
Destiny can never be intimidated.
He should accept his fate and stop disturbing our ears with these new half-baked songs.

He is even lucky that his juju kept him musically relevant for a long time unlike some unlucky people whose juju faded after one hit...
People like Bigiano and X-Project.
You're nothing but a fool, accepted he's doing juju for him to be relevant in the industry, what have you done to help ur carrer than to carry people matter put for head like agege bread, continue to dey beef while the nigga is growing his account balance..... Senior mumu

You said you are starting your PGD in Agricultural Science and I take this to mean that this study is already at hand and would be happening in Nigeria. if that's the case, then you've already done the switching to Agric and your study in US would not actually be the switch. So this should not be a problem. Of course, I am assuming that the PGD studies would be included in the information you submit to the embassy.
Thanks so much for your response, I'm starting the PDG here in Nigeria, and the PDG results would be included in embassy documents for clarification, thanks for your time
