It depends on the area, my place not far from express. You cannot even see a plot or else you want to buy property. Starting from 5 million above. Someone bought property around 40 million here.

Even at the bus stop, 20 million a plot. 2 bedroom here depends on the structure. Staring from 200k 250k 300k 350k. It depends

I would have mentioned Mowe ibafo cos that's where my house is but you have blacklisted it already.

To be candid, mowe ibafo is a promising place, it's around 20-30 minutes drive to lagos after the road construction.

I will always choose working from home!!!

It saves me the stress of waking up too early trying to beat the Lagos traffic on the way to work and back after closing hours, giving me enough time to rest before resuming work and after work .

Gives me the much needed time to spend with my family members and enjoying each day with them.

Saves me the funds expended on fuel/transportation fare as well as the risk of going upandan in this unsafe Lagos.

It also avails me the opportunity to have more time to do alot of other things with my time while still working with my laptop or phone as the case may be.

Working remotely is fun.

Neighbours who think whatever cannot even approach me to ask because I will ask them what they themselves are doing at home to see me being at home too.

If I need to socialise, I do so after working hours and on weekends.

We should be grateful that most firms are also saving overhead costs incurred when physical offices are running at full capacity.
