you need a professional counsellor who will talk to you naturally and get to know your personality well and remain non judgemental. But hold the self conviction that you can overcome it.
Am a counsellor but my ethics wont permit me to counsel you openly,cos there somethings we need to discuss one on one
and we cant simply do that here.
But the good thing is first admitting the problem.

we the living should leave a positive mark behind,no matter what we do,who we are,what we are we all die one day....

placement is one of the major issue in our day to day life.
let me try to give insight to what i mean by placement in this context, placement if finding yourself doing what is in line with your personality,capability and ability to function optimally either in education or chosen career.
With the above definition,i believe it is agreed that if one is wrongly placed it is gonna be a whole lot of trouble finding self fufilment and self actualisation.
There are many factors that affect placement in life but the very first step is having self understanding and self awareness,this will go a long way in knowing where one should be placed.
To have a better understanding on issues like this,then u need a counsellor.....

Most times there are decisions we need to make in life,needing those who are well trained to aid us with them.
Counsellor are people who are trainned and know how to come about these decision easily, they dont give advises like most clerics neither do they play the all knowing but rather they engage in a helping relationship with you and find out the best possible ways to make sure a very nice decisions are made.
Counsellors knows that your personality come into play,and hear you well before giving there professional insight into any issue,they are highly confidential, non judgemental and will never look down on you.
They understand that you are unique and will never compare you to anyone.
