What do you mean by travel itinerary? The flight bookings or hotel bookings? Also, how was this not caught by the VAC agents? Smh for them. Well, she can only hope for the best at this point if it’s either of the two things mentioned above because I know those things matter, with Schengen visas.

Hello everyone, a friend forgot to include her travel itinerary in the document she submitted, I want to know if this can affect the outcome of her visa or if there is any remedy to this.

I tried it 2 times on December 19, and I can't do anything since then. The system wants me to verify my phone number.

Below is the message I get each time I log in to my Tlscontact account.

Verify your mobile phone.
The OTP code is valid for 1 hour. You can only request an OTP two times.

I am also facing similar issue. I sent email to TLS I was told to call their contact number to confirm that I am the owner of the phone number used for registration. I have called the contact number severally I still unable to get them
