Lagos Homes has just reduce the price of one of their Estate in Ijaiye and refuse to extend it to the existing occupiers of the Estate after they have spent so much of their money to upgrade their flats and the Estate. Besides, there is no water in the Estate for over 9 months which has compelled the occupiers to go outside the Estate to fetch water. Imagine the stress that people in the 1st to 3rd floors are passing through without any positive response from Lagos Homs. All they are intrested in is their monthly payment. If this is what Lagos State is calling Estate for Lagosians, then a lot of questions needed to be raised where occupiers are not happy on daily basis. The only solution is to compensate the Occupiers greatly and give them soft landing by extending price reduction to them. I think our Amiable Governor needed to visit Honourable Olaitan Housing Estate by himself and stop sending people in order to attend to situation on ground by himself.

Imagine the stress that people that are on the first to 3rd floors are going through. All reports about this development and other negative concerns has not attract any response from them. All they are intrested in is their monthly payments. Things are not done this way in advance countries. its only in this country that you will see things like this. Favouritism is what is going on there and the experience has been terrible.

He is not the only Governor in Nigeria, other Governors have been very matured in their modus operandi to their state, federal Government and to their People. I wonder if his wife and mother are advising him at all. He must l learn or go for training on how respect should be given to the elders and the followers. This man is disgracing Ekiti people on daily basis and we are receiving insult from people around us because of his childish and unrespect full way of doing things. ITS TIME FOR EKITI PEOPLE TO CHASE OUT THIS FOOL.

I THINK ITS TIME TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE MAILAND TOO NOT TO CONCENTRATE ON LEKKIS AXIS ONLY. I AM USING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO CALL GOVERNMENT OF AMBODE TO HELP FIX ALL BAD ROADS IN OJOKORO,IJAIYE AXIS ESPECIALLY,ADETOLA ROAD THAT LINK OLANIYI ROAD WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ROAD IN THAT AREA. THE PEOPLE IN THIS AREA ARE PASSING THROUGH HELL AND ITS AS IF THIS AREA IS NOT PART OF LAGOS. UNFORTUNATELT, OJOKORO LCDA IS NOT ALSO DOING ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT THE ROAD MENTIONED ABOVE.

ITS SO SAD THAT BUDGET PADDED HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR VERY LONG TIME. ITS GOOD THAT BUHARI HAS PUT STOP INTO IT. I AM SURE THAT THE NEXT BUDGET IN NIGERIA WILL BE BETTER AND THE PASSAGE WILL BE SMOOTHER.
