I have been using shoptomydoor for a while now and they deliver as mentioned. But in recent times I don't know what's happening my item that was to get to my doorstep since 9th of November is still nowhere to be found. Likewise I can't track the item from the courier company redstar. One more thing the way their charges is been calculated is so unfair. Instead of 21days free storage I got my bill after 14days. Please kindly look for the whereabout of my item no 127935

I bought some item in the us and use their calculator to do the math. the package is 5.5lbs but by the time the package got to their warehouse in us these started calculating by the size of the package which rack it up to a whooping 24 plus lbs. can you imagine? infact their price is more than what the company wanted to charge using UPS. I thought I will be shipping lower with them but I was wrong. I know they will try to explain their bs but time will tell. I have been shipping from China for years now, all the agent I have been using have similar shipping and clearing charge. imagine these charging me close to 55k for something that shouldn't be more than 18k

As I type this now, Shoptomydoor is trying to rip me off. The money in question is small, but business is business and when a company has a policy that guides it, they should stick to it. Let me see how it goes, before I bring everything on here; screenshots, chats, e.t.c.

Hello who ever is behind the computer, responding on behalf of shoptomydoor. I have very serious trust issues with you people. I would have loved to make this complain to a very very senior management in your company, but let me leave the complain with you in the hopes that it will be passed on to them. This is the second time I will be shipping with shoptomydoor and on both occasions, I felt defrauded. For the first shipment, I was told I didn't include my unit number in my shipping address when actually I did. I was charged over 10dollars extra for that despite the fact that I provided evidences (my invoice and proof of delivery from UPS) to confirm I did include my unit number in my shipping address. On my second shipment, the weight of my order was as recorded on my dash board was inflated by a whooping 150% and the chargeable weight was inflated by over 300%. UPS had provided the weight of my order on the proof of delivery as 1LBS. 2.5LBS was recorded on my dashboard and 4.14LBS was used for my chargeable weight. MY question is can your measurements be more accurate and reliable than that of UPS?
If you are reading this message please know that I have long lost confidence in your services and I won't hesitate to switch allegiance the moment I get an alternative.

I paid for spiment of my items since September 13, 2018. They said my items will arrive 6-8 days. They gave me 25th Sept as delivery date. Afew daters to 25th, they shifted the date to 27th. On 27th of September, I inquired about my shipment, they shifted the date again to October 5. On October 5, inquired again, no meaningful response. Today is 8th October, almost one month and I have not received my shipment still.

Hello, I have been shipping with shoptomydoor for over 4 years. The experience has been good until recently. Shoptomydoor delivers and a bit timely too but just don't let your items stay beyond 14days..oops, 21 days ( I actually have items in their warehouse, till date that they started billing me after 14 days and when I pointed out to them that they advertised 21 days, they did some abracadabra and said they reduced storage charges), they will use mysterious charges and make you abandon the goods, while they still bill you in your warehouse even after they have auctioned the items off!

Anyways, back to my present issues...they used to charge a little over $3 / pound until recently when the took it up to over $4 / pound, without informing their customers. I introduced a friend to shoptomydoor and we ordered items. Our 21 day storage elapses tomorrow and shoptomydoor is asking her to pay N42,237.65 for clearing,duty,and local handling while the shipping cost is N44,332.90. There is no hazmat in the shipment. They have been giving really shoddy reasons why its so much higher than their advertised 10% of actual price.

They asked her to change the delivery address so the cost will reduce. She did this, and the reduced the shipping cost while the other cost remained as is. Shoptomydoor, you have to do better than this. I have introduced over 10 friends who have shipped out and I'm really disappointed at this new trend.

I have my own issues with you and I will created a separate thread when I'm ready. For now, kindly sort out my friend's issues before the 21 day period elapses. Her unit number is UNIT NG131944. I've uploaded the cost for all to see.

I haven't said you should not deal with shoptomydoor, just read their terms and never ever let your items stay beyond the 21 day period as their advertised rates of calculating demorrage are nowhere near their real calculations. Moreover, they'd rather auction your items than accept any kind of offer from you.

I have been there before. find a Nigerian shipping company based in US. most of them give free warehouse address and you can shop from Amazon with the addy then the shipping company will ship it to Nigeria for you. A lot of scam shipping companies out there, so find one you can trust. Hope this helps?

This people are thief and a big scam , i have issue with them too.. today making the 22 days i paid them for shipment of phones which the invoice is included , I was ask to provide a invoice and a screen shot of credit cards and bank statement ... I have proved and i was even threaten by them( i have email evidence) first i was told that the dimension of my goods is not shown in the invoice they have with them after 18days i paid them without hearing anything from them no email nor calls .... after they keep asking me for credit cards screen shot and bank statement.. I have not heard where goods have been ship with those kind of information the only thing they need is invoice cause i have used fedex, usps, ups before and the only thing i provide them is invoice. I paid this people $150.32 for shipping including custom clearance... I ask the buyer of the phone to contact them still yet they are still asking me for the credit card screen shot.. Pls what do they need the credit card information for? They keep hanging calls on me now and each time i ask them question they keep dodging the questions... This people are thief and i am not sure they are legit company ...I made a mistake not doing research on them before using them .. My first time of using shoptomydoor is a very bad and cruel one ... i advice people not to use them again cause they are thief.. Return my good they to where it coming from yet they cannot... i even said i will provide a return label still yet they want credit card screen shot. I have write them severally and call but all to no avail . Release my goods or be expose to the world

I knew there was a problem in UNIT NG26740 when the first item, a dog bed cover cloth (without the foam stuffing) was updated onto my warehouse and I was charged $30+ to ship. By the time the rest of my things where updated I saw that between shipping directly from Amazon and of sending to shoptomydoor, then they billing me for them to ship, there is only a $20-$30 difference. It’s obvious that shipping cost are calculated individually then summed together and there is no 80% reduction on consolidation as claimed. What a waste of time that I don’t have. I should have just used Amazon shipping. Now my bill is way over the $100 limit that I can’t use my Mastercard.
I called customer care but I got their usual recycled response of chargeable weight and dimensional weight. The best he could suggest was to split the shipments or I ship by sea which will take 6-10weeks but NO idea when the ship will be ready to depart. The items are not for me and to think that it was my boasting about shoptomydoor that got me into this mess.
Now you would be fortunate if your items get uploaded to your warehouse in 48hours. In addition to increased update time, they have decreased free storage from 21days to 14 days to take effect from the 6th March, excuse being need to create sufficient space to receive more items as they arrive. More space? When people are not shipping as they used to.
I’ve been using shoptomydoor for at least 3-4years and I used to boast about their services but now once I get out of this one, I have huge doubts about using them again.

PLEASE, anyone with a good alternative shipping company should let me know. Abeg ooo

i am starting to to regret shipping with you guys// ,, my sis sent me a some packages clothes, shoes and her used apple tablet... the one she has been using for over 4 years .. the shipment cost was high cause of the value of naira.. i humbly requested that the apple tabelt be remove from my shipment and i willl have to pay for the shipment of the clothes first and later pay for the ipad to be sent out.. but to my gretaest my request was granted and i was told to provide evidence of payment before they ship it out. eveidence of payment on an ipad of 4 years ?/ i called my sis and she was disapponted in my choice of shippong company when she could have pay more lesss to send it to me through fedex or dhl... kindly help fix this issue as i have no means of getting the invoice
