This is unacceptable by all standards. The annoying thing is how human parts have become so cheap in that region. After robbing the victims of their belongings, the evil minded killers still raped the female and killed them. ![]() |
sophy17:The issue lies with those who claim to know the Igbos but are completely ignorant of basic Igbo culture. In Igbo tradition, the term “Eze” doesn’t mean “king.” It's often misinterpreted in translation and is better understood as leader or champion. Many Igbo individuals carry “Eze” as a first name, just like someone might be named “King” or "prince" in English—but that doesn’t make them royalty. To be a legitimate king in Igboland, “Eze” is usually not the title of authority. Instead, the formal title is “Igwe”, often preceded by “His Royal Majesty (HRM)” or “His Royal Highness (HRH).” This is followed by the king’s full name, his official title and the community he rules. This is how the name of true Igbo king will look like: His Royal Majesty Igwe Cosmas Ezeumeh, the Obi III of Nachi Community His Royal Highness Igwe Kenneth Onyeneke Orizu III, The Obi of Otolo and Igwe of Nnewi Kingdom It's an abomination in Igbo tradition for a monarch rule in a foreign land! The “Eze Ndi Igbo” in Ghana is not recognized as a King with authority. No true Igbo considers him a monarch. |
wisepigeon:He built the school for a community in Ghana and not for Igbos.....there's nothing wrong in building an Igbo town btw! There's China towns in America, Uk, Canada, Australia, South Africa..e.t.c There are indian towns/Desi towns in America, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore. There are Arab Towns too, Jewish towns. What's wrong with an Igbo Town? |
BigBreezeBabs:There's a lot you need to learn kiddo. There are hundreds of Eze Ndi Igbo in every part of Lagos state with a significant Igbo population. There's Eze Ndi Igbo in Mushin, there's another Eze Ndi Igbo in Ikeja, there's another one in ikorodu and another Eze ndi Igbo in Victoria Island. Ask your elders, they are know them. The one you made reference is Eze Ndi Igbo of Ajao Estate, Frederick Nkemdilim Nwajagu, he was not arrested because he was an Eze Ndi Igbo. He was arrested by the DSS on terrorism charges. He has since been discharged and acquainted by the courts, he's a free man today |
Reflect7:The issue is not with the Igbo people; it's with those who are deliberately spreading false narratives, the mischievous ones. The man in question never declared himself a ruler or king over Ghanaians — he's simply the leader of the Igbo community in Ghana. His title "Eze Ndi Igbo" literally translates to "King of the Igbos in Ghana or leader of Igbos " similar to how other ethnic groups have their own community heads, like Sarkin Fulani...King of Fulanis What exactly is the problem here? When did legally purchasing land become a crime? |
Globad:What trouble? The man has committed no crime. |
GuyWise101:You have a point |

The controversial Igbo king who has been living in Ghana for over 20 years and is married to a Ghanaian woman made headlines recently after buying plots of land to build a hospital and Igbo village in Ghana. Rumors claimed he went into hiding after the news spread, but he’s now back in public — seen confidently strolling the streets of Ghana to loud cheers and celebration from his Ghanian admirers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xw_Hz0UoIyg?si=oFkU3SDcAh8XI34G |
He also shouted Amadioha of Igbo land 7 times that day |
Story. He was a saint in APC. |
Ever since he moved from Lagos to Abuja with his boys the crime rate in the capital has skyrocketed. |

Ever since he moved from Lagos to Abuja, the crime rate in the capital has skyrocketed. Heinous acts are now rampant across the city. Criminals are openly threatening harm without fear of consequences. |
We warned Nigerians about APC but many were blinded by ethnicity and empty promises. Today, even people in APC know they were all scammed back then. They claimed Jonathan was corrupt yet the economy was booming and Nigerians were progressing. |
What's this. He can't write jamb after he was expelled ? |
Perfectbeing:It’s not a matter of belief. [b]The benefits Bola Tinubu enjoys as a former Lagos State governor are backed by an actual law. Lagos State Public Office Holder (Payment of Pension) Law No. 11 of 2007. It includes 1 house in Lagos and Abuja Six new cars for ex-Governor (plus pilot and backup vehicles) and two cars for ex-Deputy, renewed every three years. Furniture Allowances—300% of incumbent governors basic salary Car maintenance —30% PA—25% E.T C The original version of that law was so outrageous that it sparked widespread public backlash, leading to a revision and reduction of its provisions. This law is publicly available |

Front0lane:How many times will you lots recycle this same senseless lies about Peter Obi. When we all know the man is too clean to be involved in any form of embezzlement. Here is what really happened: Obi’s administration issued a ₦250 million payment by cheque to a contractor for supplying vehicles. The contractor allegedly cashed the cheque in Awka, then transported the money in a vehicle (reportedly in a “Ghana-Must-Go” bag) with security guards ,en route to Lagos. Security agents in Lagos intercepted the money, sparking claims of money laundering or cash misappropriation, with wild exaggerations, some sources quoted ₦2.5 billion or even US $25 million 🔍 Investigations & Outcome The Police, EFCC, and Anambra State House of Assembly all looked into the matter. Investigators concluded it was a legitimate business transaction, not illicit. The money was returned to the contractor and no charges were filed. Peter Obi himself went to Lagos with documentation, including the cheque and contract details to clarify the situation with authorities. |
MICHEALADEX:The desire to have more, despite having enough, is fueled by nothing but greed and wickedness |
CoronaVirusPro:Here is what Tinubu is taking from Lagos state as an ex governor. 1 house in Lagos + (if 2-term) 1 in Abuja 6 new cars every 3 years (or equivalent detailed fleet) Annual Pension 100% basic salary for life Furniture Allowances(300%) of basic salary House 10% Utility 20% Car 30% Entertainment 10% PA 25% Domestic Staff Pensionable staff provided Free medical for governor & his family members 8 policemen + 2 DSS operatives for his security ![]() |
No Nigerian Politician dead or alive can equal Peter Obi's selflessness in Public service. Here's a letter of Peter Obi rejecting plots of land offered to him as governor. Rufai challenges other politicians to show proof of rejecting government perks. https://x.com/ruffydfire/status/1941475482895356160?t=AyFuIrsrHxnC6c4RNRPgMg&s=19

This is what happens when tribalism, inequality and injustice eats deep into the fabric of nationhood. We all know how military operations are carried out in some parts of country making people in some regions to see the National armed forces as enemies |
Just tell us ransom was paid and the judge was released by the kidnappers. All the going round circles was not necessary |
