Peter Obi the incoming president of Nigeria 2027 in Sha Allah. ![]() He did it before, he will do it again |
Those investing in refineries at this time are shallow minded and lack creativity. |
Before 10 am the most incompetent president in the history of Nigeria is kicked out. Fueling ethnic tensions will not save him. Nigerians are wiser now |
omenka:Interesting how you've suddenly found your voice. Yet, during the countless killings in your own home state of Benue, you werr deaf, dumb and blind. |
Tinubu is the worst. Everything is dead and falling apart. People don't really grasp the depth of the rot in the country. Kicking Tinubu out of office in 2027 is a task for all Nigerians. |
Tinubu’s incompetence spreads from him to all his appointees. The level of insecurity since this IGP took office has never been seen in this country before. |
MrJames007:Same thing I always say to those around me. Death is the only guarantee in life. And when it shows up, don’t die like a coward, go with some pride. Society prefers obedience even in the face of death, people will always say don't fight back don’t resist. But the brutal truth is when fleeing is not an option, resistance and fighting back might just keep you alive. |
Wetin concern bus conductor with bigotry and Ronu agenda. Calling Charley bus stop will get him more passengers and that’s all he cares about. Fueling ethnic tension and division won't stop Tinubu from being kicked out in 2027. |
standout5:Humans can not outrun elephants. Don't let their size fool you, they are fast. |
Irupetepete:Nope, definitely cult hit ... that kneeling down part |
![]() Carry your L and go sleep ![]() |
Blame lawyers for the rot in that sector. They introduced all the nonsense fees |
Goodluck Jonathan or Peter is welcomed but not Tinubu |
aribisala0:This comment reeks of ignorance the kind that glorifies billion-dollar corporations while ignoring the very systems those companies are now copying from what Igbo traders and SMEs have done for decades. As someone with a degree in business, let me educate you for free. Across the world today, governments are actively promoting small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) as the backbone of economic development. The World Bank, UNDP and even G7 countries push for entrepreneurship, localized production, value chains and inclusive growth exactly what Igbos have been doing since post-war Nigeria! Why? Because studies have shown that the overreliance on giant corporations like Walmart, Amazon or Dangote does not reduce poverty, does not empower communities and does not build resilient sustainable local economies. These corporations centralize wealth, automate jobs and eliminate competition while millions remain poor and dependent. Big corporations don’t build nations small businesses do. The U.S. economy for example, has over 33 million small businesses which account for over 99% of all employers. Even in China, SMEs are responsible for 80% of urban jobs. You really don’t understand how business works. CEOs don’t build economies...producers, buyers, and sellers do. Half of Apple’s supply chain is powered by micro-contractors and SMEs across Asia. Toyota's parts suppliers include hundreds of third-tier vendors who started small. The biggest companies depend on ecosystems of small businesses to function! You said Igbos don't understand business legacy and I laugh in Harvard ![]() The Igbo apprenticeship system (Igba Boi) has now become a case study at Harvard and it’s being explored globally as a model for wealth transfer, mentorship and generational business sustainability. You see, the difference is this: While others idolize corporate boardrooms, Igbos build empires from markets. While you worship billionaires, they’re training the next generation through real-world business education on the street, in shops and in strategy. That’s an organic economic strategy on steroids and not some imported foreign theory. ![]() |
danvon:So let me get this straight. A people devastated by war, stripped of assets, denied access to federal support and politically sidelined still managed to rebuild themselves through trade, self-reliance and enterprise…..and your complaint is that they didn’t stay in the village to farm yams and vegetables for your comfort? It’s pathetic, really. Igbos aren’t in power, yet you blame them for your failures. They’re not writing your policies, not holding your oil blocks, not controlling your budgets but they’re still your biggest fear? This not politics anymore it's envy and hate on steroids. Shame no dey catch una |
All the noise is political ![]() Tinubu will lose come 2027 no amount of tribal politics will save him |
Really? So we should now demonize ambition to make Igbos look bad ![]() The Igbos didn’t abandon farming they diversified. Unlike groups who sat around waiting for colonial leftovers the Igbos adapted, embraced trade, industry and built businesses from scratch... even in hostile environments. I think they should be applauded. All these will not stop Tinubu from being kicked out of office in 2027. He has proven to be a failure and we continue to reject him |
DomPerignon:Is it that you guys like to be mischievous or you are densely ignorant? All the land in Nigeria is for all Nigerians!
|
DomPerignon:There's no historical or archaeological record showing that any part of Abia State was ever Qua Iboe or Effik land. The Igbos are indigenous to Abia and its surrounding areas with deep linguistic, cultural and ancestral roots that predate colonial-era boundaries. I dare you to mention any indigenous Efik or Ibibio community that was taken over by Igbos. What you are doing is mischievously trying to rewrite history and we will never let that happen! On the contrary, facts actually show that indigenous igbo communities were carved into the present day Akwa Ibom state, just like it happened in every state bordering the southeast. Communities like Ikot Udo Obo Ntong Ikot Offiong Mbiabong Ikot Udofia Ndon Utim Ndok Ikot Ekpene Udo These are all indigenous Igbo communities that are now politically counted as Akwa Ibom state. Go read actual historical texts and not beer parlor gossips. FYI, Chatgpt works fine , it’s just allergic to nonsense. |
hardbody:That's the problem with most of them, they are mostly ignorant of even the most basic things. Imagine what that one is saying |
chopnaira:We're simply correcting the record and exposing your falsehoods. If we let your lies go unchecked, some people might start to believe them. If you can't point to one indigenous community taken over by Igbos then your accusation is nonsense |
Goodvibes007:Why then are you crying all over and forming in the mouth? |
If there's no record of Igbos taking over any other tribes indigenous communities. Then what's this tears and crying all over the place for?
|
At last everyone is seeing what Ojukwu saw in 1967 ![]() What a time to be alive ![]() Shame on the British government, Gowon, Harold Wilson and everyone who fought to keep Nigeria one. We are clearly not a nation. From the time the first shot was fired in Gakem in today's Cross River state, Nigeria ceased to be a nation |
Can we just split the country. Thank you |
Omojuwa is not intelligent. Anytime someone starts bragging about how much money they have, just know they have a pea-sized brain. |
Story. We know the backlash is making them to deny the dress code circular. This is the only country where government institutions lie with impunity and spread misinformation. |
Rock pythons are not capable of causing harm to adult humans. Though they sometimes mistake little kids for prey. |
PulaPower:Over here na where exactly. ![]() |
banku:Well, the War ended in 1970, lessons were learned. It would be delusional to think there will ever be a repeat of it. That chapter of history is closed forever. There's alot you don't know about the war. Anyone waiting for any Igbo man to abandon his property for you to take over, will be waiting for a very long time. |
This dress code circular from Obafemi Awolowo University is not only draconian in content but embarrassingly sloppy in execution. For an academic institution that prides itself on intellectual excellence, this document is riddled with misspelled words, grammatical blunders and inconsistencies. If you’re going to police students’ appearance with such intensity the bare minimum is to do it with proper English. Instead of equipping students to face the real world, you’re turning the university into a 1970s military barracks. If OAU put half this energy into fixing hostels, updating curricula, or paying lecturers maybe we wouldn’t be here talking about dress codes written like a failed WAEC essay. Universities are supposed to prepare students for a diverse and globalized world not shame and punish them into submission. OAU as an institution is clearly stuck in the past |
Putinofrussia:You're clearly rattled. You say we talk too much? No, we speak truth and what really burns you is that we’re not afraid to say the things the way they are Let’s cut the crap. Your problem isn’t loquaciousness. Your problem is that Igbos don’t kneel to your tribal entitlement complex. You hate that we won’t vote for your preferred candidates in every election circle. You hate that we thrive without your approval. And you hate that despite all your efforts to shame or silence us, we’re still here, still bold, still building and still not begging. You say “live calmly with your hosts" Don't make me laugh. Who exactly do you think you are? You don’t own Yorubaland any more than an Edo man owns Benin or a Hausa man owns Kano. This is Nigeria, a republic and not a feudal kingdom where people need your permission to exist. Igbos are legal residents in any part of Nigeria! We’re not your tenants, we’re your equals....it is boldly written in the constitution of Nigeria. So deal with it. The Igbo man will never be you or behave like you or any other ethnic group! and thank God for that. He’ll never bow to silence to massage your premitive ego. He’ll speak, vote, build and shine whether it annoys you or not. We’re not here to blend in. We’re here to stand out! The last person you'll want to bully into submission is the Igbo man. He'll rather die..this is why we are born free..we have no kings and bow to no man. This is exactly what makes us who we are and we will unapologetically remain so |
