onomej4u1:If people in government are not dumb they shouldn't have banned the Spraying of naira notes which is practiced as a tradition by many cultures. They should have banned the Spraying of foreign currency instead, that way people with foreign currency will be forced to convert it to naira for spraying and create more liquidity thereby strengthening the naira.
