Be precise about the functionality of the app, it's only sourcing information from the NIID, not able to verify a number plate or other vehicle documents except the insurance. Most vehicles are not duly registered but they have the 3rd party insurance policy which in this case the app will verify it to be genuine.

However we will appreciate your suggestions as to improving the app's ability to verify other documents as you have rightly specified. does It mean that they will need internet connectivity in order to use the app?
Is there no way for your app to give same details without using data? I say that because you know the situation in naija, there might be issue with internet in a particular place where checking of the plate number will be important at that moment. just saying.

Thanks for your response, actually for now internet is needed to fetch the data about the plate number. The offline checking of plate numbers are already provided by FRSC and NIA since 2019. I think is *565*11#. So incase anyone need to verify without internet that ussd code will give details about the requested plate number.

If its getting too complicated and your school didn't specify that you must certify from the embassy, you can also certify your documents at the High Court

High court is also a good option but you may have to pay some amount per page of originals you have. I think it's around #250 to #500 per page in IKEJA high court. However, it's free in the embassy.

Hi guys, please I need help; I got admission letter but I'm supposed to mail my documents to the school, the issue is on the application form I printed out, it states that the application letter is for record purpose and I am not supposed to send any document for the application. You actually do need the admission letter for your student Visa application. Also your Visa application form must be filled and submitted with other documents that's stated on the website.
Paulinius will not shout at you based on this because they will inform you on how they what the forms arranged based on their requested list. He will only send you back if one of the docs is not there.
