Please can i use my B1/B2 payment and apply for a conference(B1) Visa as i have already paid for B1/B2 visa before this conference came up or i have to pay again differently for B1 only

Please how long does the visa payment fee receipt is valid for (though i saw 1yr in their website) but want to know if anyone has delayed scheduling an appointment after payment, i paid for my visa fee last week Wednesday but i have not booked an appointment as my hubby said i should hold on for him to renew his passport so that we apply together

Oga Suxes; you should know better than this na.... IV kwa? Her best option of the three for now as per accommodation is to book an hotel.... Check your sister in law out sha @OP Showerses, I mean how she got in there and became a permanent resident. As for your American client, hope you guys have seen or been seeing face to face, physically? If not, just ignore that move please.... Go reason your other ties, accommodation is only but one of your worries on this route!

Well if your American client can send you an IV that will be better IMO.

Your husband's cousin need to tell you how she entered US and what she does currently as the VO might ask.

But since you preferred her side other than your client's own then ask her for details.

Just make sure you don't represent a lie on your form.

Please the gurus in the house help me, i want to visit USA in August during my work leave for 2 weeks, i have my husband's cousin there who is a green card holder for now because she married an American, she is in 9ja now with her kids for her father's burial but will be going back to US next week and she is saying that if i come to US in August i will stay in her house for the 2 weeks and i also have an American who is my client, and i have been handling all his events in Nigeria for some years now who is also offering to accommodate me anytime i come to the USA. My question now is who should i fill his /her address and contact on the DS 160 form that i will stay with as i would prefer to stay with my sister inlaw but as a green card holder i don' t even know how she got to America all i know is that she is married to an American or stay with my American friend or just book a hotel accommodation as i can also afford that. Your contribution will be appreciated.

I was in a similar situation, although got my WES evaluation result today (It took 2 months & 2 weeks) Jan 4th,2017 ~ 15th Mar,2017.

In response to your question, what you need to do is send WES a mail to request for the status and state that your school have responded to the email, they should confirm and give your update on that.

The steps are as follows;

(1) Log in to your WES account
(2) Go to "help ?" (on the left side of the screen)
(3) It takes you to "help center"
(4) On help center page, click EMAIL WES under "Still need help?"
(5) You fill your name, email, WES reference no, mobile no and select "WES report result" or other suitable options
(6) In the box to put note - State there that your school has sent the required document.

I believe they will respond and update the progress as well.

Please i need an advice on what to do. My school responded to WES last 2 weeks but my status still reads "awaiting verification from your institution" and last week Thursday i also pleaded with my school and my contact made sure it was resent but till now it is still showing "awaiting verification from your institution" Please what will i do? Do i have to contact WES and if yes how?

I am married with a full time job but NGN 99,000 is my take home salary but i still earn personal money from event management and cake making, i have a registered company but no company account all money from my side businesses comes into my saving accounts either my salary account or other accounts.

I have plots of lands and a car in my name.

I want to apply for UK visa my husband will pay for my return ticket and i have international partners, friends and relative in Uk which i can stay in their house .

1. With my salary do i have chance of getting the UK visa though i have all other proof of work documents included Tax to back it up

2. Is it wise to use any of my friends or relative address of where i will stay or should i use a hotel address

3. Like how much can i quote that i will be spending for my trip from my pocket as Oga will handle the ticket part and i have free accommodation

4. Do i need to provide Oga's statement of account?

5. I have like 1.6 now in my salary account will that be ok

I am looking at travelling in August ,please when is the best time to apply is this of March too early

I am doing my ECA with WES, on 6th January WES sent me an email that my documents have been sent to my school for verification and last week Thursday my school responded to WES and WES acknowledged it and their update changed from "waiting for verification from institution" to " Document received and in progress" but yesterday to my surprise WES sent me another email that they sent mail to my school and are waiting to hear from them and the update has gone back to "waiting to hear from your institution" what will i do as my school has already responded to them. I know that WES did system upgrade or something like that last 2weeks or so, Please what do i do?

Sure there was an issue with one of my schools, they didn't see WES correspondence. It took like 3 months before it could be resolved.

@ Adiahabasi thank you for your opinion, i will ask him to send only my transcript then he will scan and send me my Certificate so that i can send from my end then i will use EMS speed post instead of dhl and the likes to send it to WES .

Your certificate and transcript is fine. No need to send the transcript request form for WES. But if I were you, I'll let the man scan my certificate to me, then wld send it separately from my end. That's the safest option in my opinion.

Its VERY necessary pls. Not just for WES but for all the other ECA Organizations.go ahead, print it, fill it, scan it and send to the officer in ur uni.
