Please my able mamas, i am taking only the routine drugs like Ferrous,Bco,calcium,folic Acid and Vit C which they give us every Antenatal visit but i heard that Omega 3 is very good, please can you suggest the best Omega 3 to buy and add to the above drugs. thank you in anticipation

Team March how are we all doing, am i the only one that is starving? I can't eat for some time now close to 1 month as i don't have appetite.

For all the mamas that showed benevolence to @Keli and others that needed help both financially, prayerfully, in advice, suggestions and words of encouragement may God reward us all accordingly and may the sisterly love continue and never cease. Yes ooo, if you have a child and immediately you discover that you are pregnant please mamas stop sleeping with your baby because the child will always be running temperature and be sick. Please stop sleeping with him if not he will keep being sick and it is not good for him bikooo, ejoo

Pregnancy Must-Haves.....
The off shoulder gown.
That is me by the left dancing (cut my face off cos I was without my hijab), the person in the middle is a model and the one at the right is a mama here.
So you see, these are regular peeps....
My gown cost like just 3k, I got the material at maybe 600/yd ,3 yards was 1.8k, bullied my tailor into sewing it for like 1k plus. It's free flowing and very comfortable yet nice. And thank God for shoulders in pregnancy, at least they don't swell.....
You can do a top if you're not a gown kinda girl or a shorter gown so you don't trip over yourself.
There are many modifications to the off shoulder.....

Present Cappo i am doing fine only having pain in the right side of my lower abdomen it is not funny at all, Teamies i hail all of una there shall be no loss

First trimester is over for some of us and almost over for others. I pray morning sickness leaves us alone.
Take your folic acid and fesolate daily and try to eat if you can.
It is well with us.

Who did I miss?
...and how is MS treating us? Mine has been horrible. But there's a silver lining. I found out that eating raw pear helps reduce the spitting. Drinking warm water helps with the nausea too.

Please share what works for you.

I had the most beautiful girl on planet earth yesterday sometime before 5pm, I don't know her weight yet but she is here in the ward with me where I can see the nurses feed and bath her....

She very healthy and bigger than some babies that reach to term..

Me: Yes
VO: do you have children

All these communication was within 1min, and she has been dishing out blue paper to those before me that made the person behind me had to excuse herself that she wants to use the toilet and went and stand to be interviewed in another window, No white paper on her table only blue

The thing is that i really want to attend the conference as that is the only conference organized for people in my field of work which will really help me as individual and my organization at large, though the conference is in November my company will be paying for it " though i can also afford it" Please i need your suggestion if i should reapply or will it look as if i am desperate
