YorubaPrince:
Honda anytime anyday!

The majority of Nigerians like Toyota just like they love to flex their ignorance!

Honda above everything!

I am with you my brother, Honda any day...

What I see with the highlander or Toyota vehicles is just the resale values people usually shout here and there, how do we quantify the prestige and comfort you get with honda every time?

Also, the Toyota vehicles are always overpriced...

What's wrong with Subaru forester and Mazda CX 9 to replace the highlander?

I don't follow crowd unnecessarily....

nurey:
Both model years are in the same bracket for both models I believe.

Specs

Honda pilot has got a few tricks,Apple car play and Android Auto out of the box, A real SUV with the strength to take more road beating than the highlander. Though interms of reliability highlander tops by a few margin.

Fuel economy highlander is better in city, while the pilot tops in highway.

Third row seat
The pilot has better seating arrangement, more leg room than the highlander and bigger cargo space.

V6 engine
I would prefer the highlander timing chained engines to the pilot timing belt engine. That's just my personal preference because I won't have to worry about fake belt or maintenance of changing belt especially since it is an interference engine.

Consider equivalent trim levels

The EX and EX-L trims of the pilot have more but the highlander limited and XLE comes very close.

My brother been ages, honda always have this edge over Toyota vehicles which is power, I think we have talked about Camry 2012- 2015 Vs it's counterpart accord of similar years where I stated the balance of accord cars and once you get to some certain speed for the Camry it becomes so light and could go off balance easily. Still experiencing the same with my accord and a family member Camry of similar years.

Just yesterday, it rained cats and dogs till yesterday morning from the night before, my 2009 highlander could not plough through the bad road caused by the rain, I had to go pass alternative route, but my neighbour's honda pilot passed the bad road like it was nothing.

I don't like the structure of honda pilot but again the performance of honda vehicles has always beat that of Toyota counterparts.

Hello good morning, is this still available?

adubam:
T16.
From my personal review nothing special about it.

A good decoder for IPTV, CHMAX.
I'll pick any of T50 Tiki Taka or T60 forever over it.

Scarce to come by at the moment.... Na the T60 me sef prefer. Will just miss my mediastar cos the picture is good.

adubam:

nurey:
2010 to 11 camry starts around 4.5m maybe the accord can be gotten for that price

I am in Abuja and the accord I have seen is from 4.7m above...

Don't just like all these Toyota carton, reason I am not really looking at Camry.... Have used several of them, especially the 2013 Camry, the moment you get to 120km the car becomes very light

Aaaaarghmed:
for 4m,look for an SUV.no waste am on a sedan

Which SUV can you suggest?

nurey:
What is your budget?

It was ₦4m but might increase in a bit if something worth it comes along...

RoadMozart:
I have this for sale in Ibadan for 2.9M. It best matches your description

That's out of my list as the maintainance is higher and I am not interested in naija used cars.

nurey:
Accord EX or EX-L with the 2.4L 4cylinder engine then the 2010 or 2011 camry with the 2.5L 4cylinder engine SE,LE or XLE is okay.

BMW is dicey I would say avoid it if you can

Thank you bro.... Choices have seen has been above budget.... Might switch to suv, even if costlier.

Itsrm:
If you're not based in Lagos, abort mission.

Even if you're lucky to get a decent mechanic, you will struggle to get parts for the car.

Heartbroken!

Please house help choose a better executive amongst the following with budget of ₦4.5m

Accord 2011/2012
Camry 2010-2012
BMW 325 2008-2010

And maybe any option better than he list above... But it must be rugged

90k cash and carry?

nurey:
Reliable
Less plasticky than the 12 camry
Good fuel mpg
Less prone to shaft issues compared to accord of that era

Shaft issue for accord above 2011?

nurey:
Tokunbo camry 10/11

And what are the reasons?

I am also indecisive between BMW coja and 2011/2012 accord... Not thinking of any Toyota comparison cos have had several experience with too many Toyota cars and they are not balanced and economic as Honda counterparts

Make I pay 100k... Where in ikotun?

adubam:
Yes, I got the dish. Renew? Maybe that will be buying another decoder...

Will chmax not consume too much data?[/quote

Most of the recent installers don't know how to manipulate cband and multiple LNBF. My V8 Pro Finder I oredered from AliExpress is under custom clearing when I get it I'll resume sat business part time.

So, when will the practicals be?

adubam:
Why not use CHMAX? Have you finally got the 1.8m? That forever thing is costly to renew.

Yes, I got the dish. Renew? Maybe that will be buying another decoder...

Will chmax not consume too much data?
