I think quite a number of people have complained about their Umidigi phone crashing, including myself, I even filed a complain on their page, its been a week but no response on the resolution for the problem, the kind of attitude that could bring setback for the organization if such trait persist.


Can we find a solution to Umidigi phones crashing here?

ahhhh. go to guys who flash phones softwares. they'll do it for you. just tell them the model. I think it's around 1k. one more thing... have you tried booting into recovery mode? by holding power key + volume up

did it happen to you? well... I also a particular comment like that but something must have made it behave that way. to avoid such incident, don't root your phone and always use the specified charger for ur phone. I'm using Umidigi A7pro and it's serving me very well

I did not root my phone, it is suppose to clock a year on January 27, I woke on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 to meet it dead....

32 e has a spot that is more consistent in showing football matches but 28.2e does not have a consistent spot, that could be a turn off for lovers of such sport

That was how I went and bought Umidigi A5pro, because of Umidigi thread on nairaland. And good reviews on Jumia and it ended in tears. Buy a well known product

My umidigi A5 pro will clock a year this month, the phone is good.... I belief you should still be able to find my comment on the Umidigi thread when I bought it... It is better than those infinity or what is it called.....

same here... An order worth 15k that arrived Nigeria since 1st September is no where to be found and I also lost the dispute.

It might not be that you are duped, as there are lags in the shipping process especially at the Nigerian end, the goods could be stuck somewhere (optimism)....

The courier company matter also, some shipping companies have been bitterly complained about here on their services... The item I received today was order on July 04, 2020 and 4PX or so is the shipping company

I collected an item today from the PO, the seller has been settled since October after I opened distupe... I even messaged the seller recently that I think he duped me.... But I collected the same item today, item that I was already taking my mind off.

I have seen your message but you can't get it all even with the specific accounts if you don't have a big dish...

I am using a mediastar 2727 decoder in my house, I did not activate the forever account because I don't have space for big dish... The forever account works when you have big dish... If you activate it without big dish you will not get those packages.

What our bro said above is absolutely right and the bolded will be easy to relate by anyone who has been in that world for some time. Because if your existing decoder you have in your house does not come with a server/ account that can open it. Then you have to pay for it, before such a decoder can become useful for such a purpose. However, if your decoder fall short of doing that, then, you must purchase a specific device ( decoder) that falls into the category of doing such.

One way or another, you just ended up spending a dime, if you fall into the above two categories.

For the love of it, spending when one has should not be an issue, besides, no service provider can give that much for a lesser amount in the long run.
