It depends on the school,I think 4.0 and above will be comfortable.

Looks like you are a student of UI, I guess. Ife, I humbly thank you for the priceless input.

His worry now is, If he agreed to study the course he was given for the first year and after meeting the required CGPA and the change went successfully as he wanted it without any hassles, Then How can he make use of what was already being taught in Economics in the first year in his absence (Since he studied Insurance in the first year)?

Does he have to forget what was already taught in his absence and starting afresh of what second year and more years hold for him?

The Point is he hates being absence in classes.

Education / How To Do A Change Of Course, While In University by showskill(m): 12:04am On Sep 05, 2011
A Brother had been admitted to one of Nigerian Private Universities Last month, But He does not Liked the course he was offered. He originally applied for Economics as His first and Second Choices but was given Insurance Instead, Based on his Admission Screening assessment and reports.

Now he had already paid his acceptance fees but He is unstoppably thinking of changing his course of study but Does not have any Idea. The Reason is, He knows Economics better even if you come to his house at anytime of the day even at night and ask him any questions from Economics that are being taught in Secondary School, He will undeniably not only giving you correct answers but with Vast details. In addition, He scored Economics High in just concluded UTME than other subjects.

The Question now is; Is it possible for him to change His given Course of Study (Insurance) to Economics, While in University? How? Which way?

Somebody In the House Should Help him out before he makes the biggest mistake of his Life,

Business / Re: How To Open Paypal Account In Nigeria by showskill(m): 7:54am On Aug 28, 2011
Effiongman:

Hello everyone,

How to open a paypal account in Nigeria has always been a highly heated topic. it is problem Nigerian are facing since Nigeria is not listed among the countries that are qualify to have paypal account. however, there are still ways Nigerians can have a paypal account if they want though not simple.

Right now Asian countries ( India or china) paypal are not useful for Nigeria starting from 1st March 2011 as paypal has made new rules which is that any money entering a Indian or China paypal account can not be use to purchase anything online, you are required to withdraw only to Indian or Chinese bank account. that mean any money entering those account is lost for ever.

So the only option left is USA paypal Account.

In order to open a USA paypal account you need the following:

1. A Reliable virtual Credit card or debit card that has AVS.
2. Reliable Virtual USA bank account.

3. You will need to have A Dedicated USA IP/VPN ( not the one that has been blacklisted by
paypal or other sites,

All the 3 item above you can sources online or you can get from reliable site like www.naijacreditcards.com or they can help you open your own USA paypal account if you wish.

There are other very important things you need to know before setting up the account.

1. you will have to check if your USA IP/VPN is actually showing USA to others by checking it to confirm before you login to the paypal website.

2. you will have to remove your cookies totally.

3. you will have to go slow with the process by opening and verify 3 days later,
4. make some payment out of your account in very small sun of about 50 cent each at leasts3 times before before verifying.

5. add your bank account on the 5th or 7th day.

6. Add fund to your account through only legal source only. never buy paypal because they are cheap because 90% of the the time it is stolen and paypal will block your account and you will lose your money. there are just about 3-4 sources of where to buy paypal in Nigeria, the rest are fake, stolen and scam.

there are more rules which I can't mention here due to time which is very important before you can have a successful paypal opening. you can reach me on this.

Once your account is ready and open you need to know how to manage it successfully.

There is one thing I know about paypal, if you open your account same day and verify same day and probably fund same or next day you are likely to have that account close soon.

The secret is take it slowly. you can do the whole process in 2 weeks that way paypal will not put an eye on your paypal account.

this because once that start seeing money deposited into your paypal and if your account is verified very fast they will suspect you.

you can reach me for free tips on this any time on effiong777@yahoo.com. our questions are welcome here.

cheers and have a lovely day.

Hi Effiong, You have not addressed the US Billing address Issues in PayPal registration.

Opening a PayPal account and get it verified is a piece of cake but having functional one is the biggest headache.
Family / Re: Husbands Are To Be Blamed For Non-provision Of A Male Issue In The Family! by showskill(m): 7:57pm On Aug 26, 2011
El Guapo:

Science xplains that One chromosome in each pair of chromosomes is sex Chromosome while the rest of the 22 Cells are autosomes. In a Female, this pair of Sex chromosomes are alike and may be designed as x and x (I.e xx), In the case of male they are different, designed as x and y (I.e xy)!

At Conception one pair is eliminated, In the case of the Female, the one that is retained will always be x while In the case of the male it could be the x or y. If an x-type S-p-e-r-m fuses with the Egg, the child is bound to be Female xx, whereas if y-type S-p-e-r-m fuses with the Egg, the Child is Male xy!!  cool

Now this Succinctly proves Every Criticism received by the Females about this Situation Unjustifiable and i would like seeing Us [Men] think and take things the way they are meant!  wink

I am no science-expert but I believe this is a valid question which some respectfully disagreed. My Question is Why did guys went outside their matrimonial homes to dating a concubine based on the frustrations with their wives giving births to females every nine months. It may interest you to know to know that those so-called 'concubines' they dated outside eventually giving births to males at first pregnancy (Whether the pregnancy was accidental or planned) .

My friend, You don't have to lay blames on anyone for the messy. In addition, I am STRONGLY against polygamy
Business / Re: How Much Did You Exchange The Dollar For Today? by showskill(m): 6:23pm On Aug 26, 2011
payless:

Mr. Fhemmmy, you know I wouldn't deceive anyone about exchange rate or anything. I have lost so much money in the last two months due to this 166-168 naira to $1. I need to buy couple of thousands of $ and I will wait till next week. My bureau-de-change guy told me to even wait till next week and get a good deal on exchange.

Sanusi (CBN) now allows them to buy at least $10,000,000 instead of $1,000,000 per day. The bureau-de-change guy told me 150 naira to a $1 by end of next week.

Fully happy at last. Is it only the greenback? You got useful information on the Pound and Euro?
