Both the driver and the manager could be good people, but what you need to know is that those tippers could be troublesome sometimes. I don't stand to spoil anyone because I'm in the business myself and I know what I 'm going through now with my tippers. I have them 2.

What I can suggest is that you can look for small contract, (something that can be fethching you say around N20k everyday), which I have some at the moment and you could ask both the driver and the manager to report to me and your money will be paid straight into your account all time the truck work.

You could know if the truck work or not through me, becuase if they don't report for work, I will definately call you to to find out from you. or better still, I could hire them from you with a good MOU.
