Did it Shows "asterisk" or the place is just blank. But I know you can't edit your name and date of birth. After completing the other options try and proceed to the next step.

Once you put your NIN number, your name, surname and date of birth will display automatically, you can't edit or write it. Are you a Corp member or Ad-hoc staff? Because of the people that are experiencing this are mostly corp members.

If you're yet to finish ur registration or been able to input ur residence address, you can do so now. The site is moving smoothly now.

I think the problem is from their server. Cos I finished my registration yesterday, and now I just checked my details and is not there anymore.

If you registered yesterday, check whether your details are still intact.

Just be patient, I've been trying since morning too but I just took my test now and submitted successfully. Keep trying and make sure if you are using phone use Chrome and change it to desktop mode and make sure you have 4G network.
