I think different people have different soups they call black soup. In Nigeria, the Ondo and some part of Edo people particularly, Ikale have their black soup cooked with Eweta leaves. Some other part of Edo have their own that is a mix of Scent leaves, Bitter leaves and a mix of other vegetables. In this case where I have to improvise, I use Scent leaves, Bitter leaves, and Spinach.

Omo, two adaptations already in Chinese (2023) and Hollywood (2024) TV shows in less than a year. Now this one again.

Although, this one is from a top top Chinese director. Probably the biggest Chinese director currently alive and also has good global appeal with his pedigree. So it's a big deal for them Chinese sci-fi fans.

Downloaded the Netflix one already over a month ago. Yet to watch. I might just check out the Chinese one too to satiate my curiosity.
