I might be a newbie on FL but i dont let employers take me for granted. That Rajat guy contracted me once and refused to create a milestone and even had the guts to tell me that he wouldnt pay me if he didnt like anything i wrote. I told him to beat it! For those complaining about Freelancer website, i think using a different browser might help. I use Torch browser for freelancer and it doesnt give me problems, then i tried using Opera, Mozilla and even chrome and its so slow.... |

Usually they tell you to write them a sample of a particular number of words, but not the way you talked about. if they are gonna offer you a job, they'll either ask for sample or ask if you are ok with the payment they are offering. Hi guys! I just received my first payment after 2 weeks on FL, it was a transcription job, and the employer was extra nice, although the pay wasn't so good, but for experience sake and for the sake of deflowering my FL account, i'd say its worth it. Its upwards and onward now. 3 Likes |

Its a pity that we re here on this forum, castigating the Indians and the Pakistanis of slave labor, while our own brothers have also joined the trend. Imagine a Nigerian brother specifically asking for Nigerian newbie writers, and when i put in a bid, after asking for a sample, which i gave him, he commended it but said he needed a bigger sample, this time 500 words on a topic he would provide. He sent me Contingency Plan for medical and dental offices. A lot of folks have no clue about them, why they need them, what they are., that i should write a sample on that and send it back to him in the next 12 hrs, only then would he give me the supposed job, i declined and he walked. During the course of our chat, he was sounding so mean and unfriendly. Instead of helping each other grow on FL, we are taking advantage of the newbies who happen to be our country men. 1 Like |

Bros for now, i be full-time Freelancer with no jobs at the moment, my eye don red finish for de matter, but am not relenting though. My answers to your questions.... 1 No steady power supply where am at, but my laptop lasts me for 3hrs after charge, and if i got work to do, i put on the Gen 2 I use a Glo data bundle(4.5gig) for 2k5 3 I bid as much as i can, from 3 to 9 bids daily but i have only gotten jobs from scammers.
