Okay, wishing you the best. But take this advice... "Don't Vibe Code a financial product".
It isn’t one but makes a wallet feature basically where people deposit money. So I guess I’ll use a real developer for that

Depending on the complexity of what you're building, tou fan actually have Claude Code be your co-founder.

But software products are much more than it works during launch - how do you handle bugs in production, maintenance, adding new features without breaking existing flows.

A bit of technical background is necessary. You can spend like 3 months learning about system/architecture design sha, then you can prompt with domain knowledge of the systems you're trying to build on.

If I may ask, what industry are you planning to build for?
It's for SMEs and Large Corporate buyers (think MTN, dangote cement etc). More like Private credit sector kinda thing. Now this is just the summary, it's larger than what i just type but yeah more like Fintech kinda.

Seeking technical cofounder for a project. This is non paid please. I will handle sales, marketing and fund in for the start up. Need someone visionary so we can own this together. If ready please comment your WhatsApp and I will reach out.

Now I understand most people are against this cofounder thing and it’s fine. If you don’t believe you can be part of something great, please no need to drop insult. Let’s be matured about this.

On other hand, do you guys think I can just code this thing through Claude? And can Claude be my technical cofounder? Anybody in AI coding can assist me here with an answer

It's not against the tenets of long-term investing to cut back on your shareholdings that have run ahead of reasonable valuations nah.

I rarely trade stocks -- maybe a handful of buys each year, and even fewer sells -- but in the last few months, I've aggressively sold down stocks like NGXGROUP and ARADEL that just had what I thought were nonsensical valuations (PE 40+) that only unique businesses like space exploration and biotech deserve. But I'm still holding on to high-conviction names that enjoy reasonable valuations, like WAPCO and MTNN, despite their pullback.

Fingers crossed...
Great stuff. I like to see when people think like this

You can also take profit and it keeps flying. That is why a plan is always better and stick to it (easier said than done grin). Above all, regret nothing
Nope. That is why you need to do your check. Immediately they released their FS. After my analysis, I knew it was expensive and immediately bail out. (Not withstanding the general bearish movement, it was overvalued).

This is my biggest lesson on the NGX this year- my 3rd year of active investment. Going forward, I will act more like a trader than a longterm investor. It is too painful seeing your gains eroded daily.
I mentioned it earlier. Some of the people were criticizing me. I took profit at 1618 cause I already saw what was coming. Deployed profit to MTN.

My profit taking is never a bad thing because there will always be opportunity for entry, but needs to be done wisely.

Me I am patiently waiting for after July 9. I hope it drops to 1100. As this is the fair value, anything lower than 1100 is a gift. Still stomaching losses but at least I have taken profit and will re-enter at lower cost

Aradel ! Aradel! Aradel!!! grin grin grin Profit taking galore may hit 1000 before it stabilizes, the main crashing of Aradel will start after July 9. Taking profits now makes sense.

It's not easy to watch your profits evaporate daily especially with multiple opportunities in the market to move fund to.

Aradel has tried for a stock that moved from 500 to 2000 in a year, this is expected .

The market has priced in all the results released before they were released.
Exactly what I was preaching before now. They didn’t even price the Q1 result only, they priced in further results. So it’s only normal for it to drop And as you said it is after qualification date that one should wait for. That will present the best opportunity for entry. Na to go find money till then

Please, I kindly seek your advice – should I sell my Aradel shares? Honestly, I am at a loss as to what to do.

My average price is below ₦800, and my P&L is over 147%.

Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
If you are a long term holder, hold it. Nothing to worry about

ARADEL must get below 1k before I can step in depending on NGX ooooo
Anything below 1k will be a steal in my opinion, cause that presents you a margin of safety.

Fair value of Aradel is around 1100, it is at that price I am waiting for it. I guess after July 7 qualification date those who bought for dividend will want to go out so price MAY get there. But then there is always market sentiments and if investors will allow it get there. You can’t really time the market but I’m waiting patiently.

Not at this current price. Let's see sub #1300. smiley
1300 self still high, that’s not its fair value. I am studying that company like hawk. It is after dividend mark down I will get into it. Hopefully it comes to it fair value to average down from current losses.

My theory is after dividend, there will be a mechanical mark down, but dividend yield is small so won’t be much. The main thing will be those that will get out after they collect dividend. It is at that point opportunity for entry will come in. Na to go find money wait till then.

Build emergency funds before going into stock market. So you won’t be buying and selling like a trader especially if you have long term view in mind. You might want to take building emergency fund so that you are not force to sell next time

Me self confuse. Can be both tbh, also now settlement is faster. T+1, so quick withdrawal from the market. I think all three factors. We still get august and September to deal with based on previous pre election years

Well o well, for me I think it is only a trader or those that bought at the top that will panic if Aradel drops in price. If you are not any of the above, relax and ride the wave. A trader who knows his technicals won't even fret. After all, the market does not go in a straight line. Fast forward to 2028 it could be just trading at #5000, who knows? So, the investors, traders, and all in the house chill.
Nobody is panicking. I just feel as an investor you should study your coy and know when to make movements. Na my fault wey I even talk self. Normally one isn’t suppose to make recommendations. The aim of the stock market is to create wealth for you. And intelligent investor should learn his investments and best maximize his upside. Abi na me no want make Aradel reach 3k? Me self like money

At the end of the day we will all be fine. Thankfully, you mentioned 2028. Which means you understand the element of time which does the heavy lifting in terms of building wealth for us. I feel people should be weary when someone is always preaching upside upside upside everytime. Aradel is a great company and will hold for the next 5 years but I need to keep studying their fundermentals to know when to hold, when to buy more when I find it cheaper, when to sell when to take profit when I see too much optimism has been priced in relative to its fundermentals and Rotate into other stocks and all of that.

May the NGX bring us wealth. Amen. Again, nobody is demarketing Aradel please, as if me self no wan make Aradel make moon. God bless

Every major stock is on full offer my gee, including Seplat, BUA Food, DangCem, etc.
Which is good cause it creates good entry. Aradel released FS for Q1 late. My thesis is, it is a great statement but doesn’t support 1750.

Seplat is great. The market leader in that sector, Seplat will still do 2x, which should be around 22k. But I don’t know when in terms of timing. Aradel is good, they are still in consolidation phase. Currently Aradel is more efficient than Seplat. Those two are the big boys of the industry.

But we need to see more from Aradel Expecially with the consolidation and at 1750, the current result doesn’t support that price. It’s that simple and the message I’m passing.

I’m not here to demarket. I don’t know why it’s looking like I have a mission. Wetin my money wan do for NGX. I think as investors we should remove sentiments and also learn with the market and understand the coys you are invested in. This is what makes one a great investor. Simple as that, if you see another thing inside Wetin I talk then fine my oga

Bro, I’m better off buying Seplat and MTN than Aradel currently. It seems you don’t get it. I’m not trying to de market anything chief. What I am telling you is, Aradel current fundermentals does not support 1750. It’s that simple, what do I gain from demarketing Aradel? I no understand. Stock wey I still Dey in… I don’t do sentiments please. If you don’t understand my post then fine. Eventually, the market will rerate. It’s that simple chief

He claimed to be a "good guy" and you don't need to question his motive even when his intention ought to be visible to the least informed person.
Omo I tire for una ooo grin

If something doesn’t go your way, suddenly I am a bad guy. I pity who doesn’t do due diligence before buying stocks ooo undecided

If that is what you do, I’ll advise you begin to learn how to read financial statements. Learn yourself so somebody will not come to tell you Aradel should be trading at 2000 to 3000. Aradel currently is more efficient than Seplat but Seplat is cheaper than Aradel at the moment.

Honestly, in the long run, you will be fine with Aradel. It’s a stock I am holding for at least 5 years. But then entry price and monitoring the market is part of what makes you a good investor. I wonder why you think you know my intention, I am very insignificant in the grand scheme of things chiefly. I cannot move the market neither can Nairaland do.

I only give an opinion and anybody who does his analysis well will see what I am saying (currently oooo) cause Aradel has a good prospect. I am only talking about the current price and its valuation in comparison with the oil and gas sector.

If what you pick from my statement is a bad thing, oh well. I drop my baton. As you were my oga

I'm beginning to think that you have a mission to see ARADEL down, maybe you're planning to accumulate and needs to badmouth it as much as possible....

Over 3bn transactions done in ARADEL today....
So who are those buying when you're aggressively marketing against it?
Why are some analysts bullish about the share price against your assertions?
Can you tell us the metrics used and your fair value so we can know where you're coming from?

I've not seen this moniker's comment here before now....
Can you tell us what your previous moniker is if you don't mind?
I have absolutely nothing to gain from Aradel going down. But no go inflate Wetin no suppose be when somebody is coming here to predict 2000 - 3000 as current price when it has no fundermentals to support it.

As I am typing this, Aradel is on full offer again this morning. Have you asked yourself why? Even after releasing a great FS? It’s because the main analysts from these institutional funds saw what I saw from my analysis based on their current FS.

I have nothing against it. Moreover, read and pass if you don’t like what I am saying or constructively engage. No come dey antagonize me chief.

The market is still evolving, needs stability and investors confidence more than crazy volatility. I know traders will disagree with me because they make more money with volatility but alot of people will be burnt and pull out. It will also be easier to manipulate the market. We need more participants in the market for it to boom.

i am not really confortable with that new 10k rule as an investor, i prefer 100k rule

Its not already down if it hasnt reached the treshhold as this guarantees it opens at the previous day price and not suffer subseqent daily 10% loses.

Berger Paints has been trading at 10% less than the opening price for over a week now anD has still not reached treshold. If they manage good Q2 results, they can go from full offer at -10% to full bid at +10%. Thats the magic of the NGX.
But then i I’llm hearing of a 10k rule for stocks above 1000 naira. All is well

ARADEL is going down because there are too many better opportunities in the market that has favoured rebalancing out of ARADEL with most people sitting on over 150% unrealized profit.

It is always better to release your result when others are releasing theirs.

A fantastic result released in a bear market will not do much for the stock as alot of other better opportunities will exist in the market.

Institutional investors and HNI are already committing funds to ZENITH, GTCO and MTN. 6.2billion and 5.3 Billion spent on MTN and ZENITH AT THIS TIME
Not really cause the bearish is across board but also The market is just repricing the stock to what it is worth based on current result. Nothing much

lol, Aradel is good but at the current price it’s expensive. Nothing like 2000-3000 price for it at least for now. His valuation is flawed. So Aradel is a hold at least for now.

If at all there is a stock to buy currently it’s MTN. The company is grossly undervalued. My target price is around 1200. 12 months from now but we will see about that.
