1, This fraudster gave an address not tied to him, you can't get him ,it is deliberate to scam people.

2, Attach is what I ordered and what he sent, this is on other thread where I met him.

3, I've attached one of the threads chat where people confirm he is a crook, do search with his name for others.

The only problem I see is that you didn't meet the specification of your customer's order. The least you can do is to apologise for that mistake. Also, in the future, when a client makes a request, pay attention to details and if the exact product is not available, let the client know.

Don't give this scammer the benefit of doubt.
I traced his address and behold he does not reside nor have a shop there.
Attached is the picture I took of 16 wura alonge street which he claims as his address, I took that of 14 to show that I was really on that street. I checked the whole street, nobody sells clothes on it.

I think he should always write COPY on his items coz his prices are far too low for genuine designers.
Something like Hublot(copy) or FG(copy).

This is not the issue, its about him lying and sending the wrong products knowingly, he is a confirmed trickster on other platforms too, avoid him.
