Numerous posts of him threatening to attack and kill police and soldiers are all over the net. So when these evidences are tendered, it will be his call to prove they do not belong to him.

Court proceedings doesn't depend on hearsay. However, in MNK case, there are mountains of evidence. There are his YouTube videos, his radio biafra broadcast, his twitter tweets, his text messages, there are IPOB registers etc.
