That's the mail i received with date mix up, pls wanna no hw to go abt rectifying the date, shuld i reply the mail to nofity them of the date mix up?

Secondly, i graduated recently and waiting to go for nysc in October, was asked to come with my credentials, results both original and photocopy, the issue here is, i haven't gotten my statement of result from my school, am confused on wat credentials nd result to go with...please house ur suggestions wuld be appreciated....
This is my first job interview, tired of staying at home doing nothing, dnt wanna miss out on this...
