They all have groups on telegram infact they have specific time for whatever coin they wanna pump expecially on Mexc and kucoin. If you join when the coin is pumping or already pumped, you enter one chance be that.

Nothing concern Binance Madam. What you should be looking at is how to nab the guy and get your money. You can set him up using another location and different person now disguising as client that needs usdt.

I and merchant are not in the same country, but we meet in Binance.

He usually sent drivers that goes round to collect money from his clients for him, if we the client give money to the driver, he will confirm and sent the USDT.

In this particular case, after given money to the driver and expected him transfer the USDT, he only transfer half and we expected him to complete it, and it becomes another story until today.

Alternate way is to withdraw to wise then sell the wise fund on binance and get usdt or sell the payoneer fund directly on paxful and get usdt.
