Also Chiggsglover, who died recently. He relocated to Ireland for studies back in 2020, his stories and pictures were one of my motivations to also relocate to the UK.

What? Chiggslover is dead? So sad cry

Life is like NEPA light in Nigeria, one moment you are watching a nice tv show or having a nice time with your family and friends and everyone is happy and suddenly the light goes off and everything shuts down, everytime I read about the passing of someone, that Erie feeling comes to me and it reminds me of how we all should enjoy our time while we are alive and healthy,RIP to HUNGERBAD and all the great voices of NAIRALAND that have become silent due to the cold hands of death, may their souls have eternal rest and may GOD give their surviving loved ones and friends whom they left behind the strength to bear their loss and to move on and to all NAIRALAND members who are alive today,I pray that you see success and peace in all your life endeavors that are honest and positive, have fun you all and continue to remain blessed.

A Nigerian and foremost Nairalander serving in the US Army, Kennedy Onoriode Ovabore died in 2019 at the age of 44.

Kennedy died on May 5th after a brief illness.

According to his Obituary, Kennedy is survived by his wife and children.

Ovabore was my brother and a beloved Nairalander whose legacy would not be easily forgotten. He helped many undergraduates in his days here and also many Urhobo people benefited from him too

May God keep providing for his family.

I remember seeing Hungerbad comments on front page topics back when I was in SS3, when I first discovered Nairaland. His moniker sounded funny to me, so it stuck to my memory.

I didn't realy understood what was going on on this website, but I was sure intrigued by this site.

Keep on resting soldier.

R.I.P to all of the departed.
Seun is just interested in making money and won't even give a special acknowledgement to departed nairalanders. I wonder the type of human that guy is.

You people are always emotional unnecessary. What is the fuss with Seun? Facebook, Twitter others social forum, how many of their founders always give special acknowledgement to departed souls or no dead cases on those platforms?

Business is business and not for social acknowledgment. He might probably do that if a staff or mod on this forum die not for members.

MAY THE SOULS OF ALL THE DEPARTED CONTINUE TO REST IN PEACE AND MAY THE DAYS OF THE LIVING BE LONG!!

Who r u referring to as u people
Are u comparing Twitter, Facebook that was built for the whole wide world to nairaland that has just 3 million users and was specifically tailored for Nigerians even though it has a tiny minute fragment of non nigerians. U r joking right?

Since it's strictly business maybe we should all leave the forum let him eat his website.
