That stopped from him from scoring an easy chance or made him score at the other end?
No, just saying he shouldn't be on that flank, he's been uber useless and was guilty for that goal we conceded right from the build-up. Our flanks and attack are dead.

If United draw this match playing long football, some people will come here to preach about Barca finding it hard to win against Stoke. Why won't United find it hard when they are defending and playing boring football against a mediocre Stoke side. Mtcheeewww!!

AdisaOwala:
This line-up clearly suggests that Mourihno is being (over) Cautious - he seems to be more concerned with containing Stoke Rather than winning the game.

Let's see how it pans out sha..
This is the criteria where I'd always want Pep over Mourinho. Tell me why with a rich squad as ours why Mourinho will elect to defend against Stoke? Who the Fûck are Stoke that Mourinho decided to kill our attack by playing tall players to counter Stoke's tall attributes instead of choking them out by playing pack wingers and putting them under pressure? What is Fellani doing in Mhiki/Mata's position? Why is Martial and Rashford not playing to assert pressure on their full-backs? Our flank is dead, our attack is dead, all thanks to Mourinho being a coward from the start.

This is why I don't believe that theory that Barca won't win against Stoke on whatever windy night bla bla bla. That's BS. Barca won't fear Stoke, they will keep the ball on the ground, use the length of the pitch to stretch and press Stoke to death. Even if they draw, at least they won't put up an insipid display like this squad. WTF?!!

I don't even know what to say again. The twists are coming in thick and fast. One minute I'm glad plan A is working out, next minute, another person is throwing a spanner into the works ruining my ultimate joy. This story is nothing but a convoluted tubule of unexpected surprises. I'll just have lower my lofty expectations and ride this one out along with the outcomes. Can't wait to see how this one plays out especially with Kemi turning out to be most shocking betrayer in the making.

BTW, Sophia is a fool though. Her way of getting revenge really sucked. Getting Charles fired was a nice move but getting laid by Derin in the glare of Charles is dumb. That's not revenge, that's disgracing herself. I don't like her anyway, I'm glad she's given Charles to opportunity to hook up with my Lola.

Nihilist na mad man grin cheesy grin
. . . And cunning too. grin grin

Just see the way he asking me if Webb was an ex-refree or not, as if when he [Nihilist] employed Webb for United last 2 weeks before firing him yesterday, he wasn't an ex-refree. When Webb backs United, he's employed by United, but when he does not, he becomes an ex. grin

When Nihilist comes with his conspiracy theories sermons you don't play the Elampirö card [trying to use logics or whatever with him]. No. Never. That's because he must have read a thousand sites and blogs and gotten facts, watched Sky Sports, BBC Sport and Monday Night Football highlights, paused his TV a thousand time from all angles grin and taken many screenshots as evidence that the bad decision favored United. grin So trying to fight him with facts will land you in his well-laid traps. instead of debating it, you dig up his own club's dirts and attack him with it. The best form of defense in this situation is attack. No need of logic. Even if the wrong decision happened last 10 years, e no matter. Dig it up and fire him bumper to fender. Shebi if person kill another person and gets pardoned after being 30 years behind bars, will the state pardon mean he never killed? Never. See the way he ignored the case of child sexual abuses I brought up. If it's United, from the first day the first case got exposed last year Nihilist would have been here to remind you of how United is PDP, APC, ABC, QPR, KOWA, IJK, XYZ, all rolled into one. But suddenly, he's developed selective reading disorder when I brought the issue up. grin grin

If na that SchinappProdigy dey rant with his conspiracy theories, just ignore that one, na frustration and envy borne out of their trophy barreness dey cause am. But once you see say na Nihilist, just forget the Route A he's coming from, follow Route B, what matters is you finally arrive at Destination C [that both clubs have been favored in the past]. He has you by the balls, no need trying to reason with him, do the needful. The picture below is how you debate Nihilist whenever he comes with his fallacious tales. grin grin

Van gaal didn't even say he signed them! He said he gave his approval!
I tell you this as a concerned human, you need help. Even though you're doing this to dodge the shame you've roped yourself in, trust me when I say this, this is without a doubt the most obnoxious and dumb statements ever typed by any living thing.

So LvG went to Madrid to negotiate the transfer deal with Madrid and then signed Maria?
So LvG traveled to Monaco and negotiated with Falco's agent and club before buying him?
So LvG teleported to France and bargained with Martial, his agent and club before signing him? What brand of unrefined stupidity do you emit, for fůck's sake? How do you type a stupid thing, read it and proudly post it here?

Ferguson WITHOUT seeing any clip/videos of Bebe, or ever reading about him, signed him. So you mean it wasn't the approval of Ferguson after listening to Quieroz and our Portugal scout that brought him to United? You mean since Ferguson didn't know about him or seen him, then it's our Portugal scout that approved and signed Bebe? What sort of madness is this? Your skewed reasoning defies logic. God forbid!!

Logic points that a coach with a team that's competing further deep at the worldcup wouldn't have anything to do with United's transfers as at the time Herrera and Shaw arrived! More so, both players weren't liked by him and were often put out of his first team!
It's official, your case is beyond redemption. So when Conte convinced Kante to ditch United for Shekpe, he teleported to Kante's room and convinced him to sign for Shekpe? So because Conte was in France with Italy, Kante is not Conte's signing. Just to prove a stupid point, you've labeled both LvG and Herrera liars, but you that haven't been anywhere near Old Trafford, or Aoen Training complex, knew a ghost signed Herrera. By your logic, coaches didn't sign players, their approvals are nothing, it's the club that signed. No wonder it's Buhari that signed CR7 even though SAF gave the approval. *spits*

this is why it is important to follow timeline of events.
If you have the time, you can read Zlatan's appraisal of Paul Pogba at the heat of '£89m'. What he said is true, but more importantly, when he said it.
LOL. Really? You expect Zlatan to criticize Pogba like we the unknown fans would? grin grin

Let me start with asking you, how many times have you seen team-mates criticize one another talk more of with strong terms? Rooney has been criticized in all quarters by pundits and fans alike, but can you quote the "criticisms" from his team-mates or coaches? Hodgson, Southgate, Allardyce, or van Gaal, which of them had criticize Rooney even though deep down it's glaring that Rooney wasn't on form? Even Van Gaal sold off our strikers and declared that Rooney MUST play, that's how much a coach guards his players. So you're expecting Zlatan to criticize Pogba that's his personal friend? Someone that he played a part in Pogba arriving at United by threatening his agent to make sure Pogba comes to United. You make me laugh. When Pogba was underperfoming for us, what any of his team-mates at club and Country would have said was 'he needs time. . . He's a talented player' etc. That's how it works. CR7 criticized his team-mates, you know what happened next, right? Aurier criticized his team-mates, you know what happened, right? Roy Keane's career ended at United after which incident?

C'mon, you shouldn't be expecting players to go hard like we fans would. If tomorrow United buys me and it happens that Pogba was being crappy in games and facing criticisms and I was interviewed about Pogba, my reply will be; "Pogba is an intelligent player. One of the best around, things might not be going well for him but I've no doubt in my mind that he'll turn this around. He needs time. He's not a magician. Seria A and EPL are different, the intensity in EPL makes it difficult. Once Pogba masters it, you'll see the wonders he can do. . . Blah blah blah "

That's how United players will usually talk about team-mates. But the same me as a faceless fan will probably say; "Pogba, if you try that useless step-over again, the thunder that will fire you is yet to enter the new year."

It's us the fans, it's the pundits that will state the facts as it is, the players will sound diplomatic. That's how it works. And talking about time, Zlatan gave that interview last week, can you show me anyone criticizing Pogba in recent times on this thread talk more of last week? You're failing to factor in the time of our criticisms. In recent times when he's been playing well, we've been happy with his performances. I'm not the type to butt-lick a player when he's constantly playing shît. I'll criticize as at when due, and praise you when one plays well. If you're waiting for me to praise Pogba for useless displays, I won't. Cahill, Luiz and Alonso has been integral part of the Shekpe side that won 13 games at a stretch, but guess what? They have been criticized in some of those games. That's football for you. Boateng was immense for Bayern last season, but he's been publicly criticized by his club legend this season. Maybe coz he's played well in the past, he shouldn't be criticized.

Anthony Martial did himself big favors by flying out the tracks like an F-liner jet before merchants armed to teeth with clubs and sharp daggers like Nihilist could say "Mallam cut suya". You cannot even begin to imagine the rocks that would have landed on him had he managed anything like a slow start... and all for what? £57m will fill the air; never mind he was a virtually unknown.
POGBA is the architect of his earlier misfortune. Doing his job simply, winning balls, releasing the ball on time like he's doing now and helping in attack occasionally, would have spared him all the harsh criticisms. His showboating and trying to go for personal glory at the expense of the team is stupid. Choosing to dribble when one is making run for a through pass won't garner you praises. Keep it simple and win people over like he's doing now. Plus he cost 89m, he should have known extra attention will be paid to everything he'll be doing.

You should be thankful the management got the signings they did last summer if you are a Manchester United fan. No championship winning team was built in 6 months.
I don't get this. Did I say I was expecting Mourinho to build a championship winning side in 6 months? Maybe you're ignorant of the fact that I'm among those that support Mourinho and have said severally that no matter what happens this season, I'll support him. I really don't get why this post came up.

You blame system problem for an unnecessary double leg over when a clear forward or through pass is on? Most times when he was unsuccessful in his attempted dribble and got blocked, he reversed and eventually passed back to defenders. Yet he was $89m.
Yes o, whenever Pogba saw a player that made a run for through pass back then, immediately he wants to make the pass, Old Trafford technicians will pull the system plugs off and he will attempt a failed leg-over and spoil the move, after which they'll insert the system plug back. grin grin

Are you kidding me right now? "system problem" you say? Why were you not using this excuse for Rooney, Shaw, Darmian, Martial, Rojo, Jones, Lingard, etc., when they were being criticized? You guys will make up an excuse for just about anything.

BTW, it's "system problem" also that made Wanyama and Dembele to dominate Kante and Matic. Their abilities were still evident despite their struggles; same thing applies to Pep you've been criticizing.

there was nothing 'constructive' about the slating of Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimović on this board, especially Paul Pogba. All I read was underlined by £89m, it all came down to it. New players may need time, but no, an '£89m midfielder' cannot be allowed such luxury. He must constantly win MOTM from the off.

Was the right formation considered during those 'criticisms'? The midfield combinations? His adapting period? His age cum potentials for the future?
No! £89m and nothing else matters..

I saw why nyabinghi said many guys here are fans of any player in form.
I don't even how or from where to dissect this your post. I can only say you haven't read all my comments on Pogba, if you did, you won't for one second doubt if I had praised Pogba many times amidst my criticisms. So I'll just ask you these simple questions.

If there's "nothing constructive" about what we've typed about Pogba on this board, are you suggesting that Ibra was wrong to have said all those things we've been saying? And was what Ibra said a "destructive" assessment of Pogba?

Lastly, are suggesting it's us that created the websites which Elampirö used to back up our claims that Zlatan has missed the biggest chances amongst other players as at then? Are the websites also "destructively" criticizing Zlatan with their facts?

I await your answer.

What you said now makes sense only because he has started playing well
I just tire for that post. There's nothing we've said about Pogba good or bad that hasn't been true. I read Ibrahimovic's interview a week back, and it felt like Ibra visits this thread coz he was just saying everything we've been complaining then about Pogba. Ibra said when Pogba started newly, he's forcing his game, trying to over-do things, trying to dribble excessively at all times - just to prove to everyone that he's worth the huge price tag. But since he's kept it simple, he's now playing well. That's all we've been complaining here since. Constructive criticism is a taboo for some people. I personally want Pogba To succeed. It's for the good of my club.

And he's saying Pogba held his own at OLD TRAFFORD against Wanyama and Dembele, as if Kante and Matic didn't outshine the duo at STAMFORD BRIDGE. Chelsea as whole didn't turn up, and the match is at WHL so it's understandable. Dembele made flop of the week during the first fixture. So need of castigating Kante, he can't be perfect all the time.

Hopefully, Pogba and the rest of team will turn up when we visit WHL coz that match is going to be tough unless Tottenham loses firm before then.
