Op, except a doctor says otherwise, I think you shouldn't worry your pretty head about it. My hands are always warm and I also get reactions from some people regarding that.

It can be romantic sometimes you know....?? Lol. Lemme tell you a lil (stupid) story.

During my time working in Ijebu Ode, I went to church this faithful Sunday. After mass, I and my group wanted to pay a fellow member a visit. While we were walking down to his house, there's this member that I've noticed has got a thing for me. So she decided to walk with me down there. While we were going, she told me she was feeling cold and may not be able to complete the trek (journey wey no far o0oo)

Knowing how warm my palms always are, I told her "hold my hands"

She asked "why??" And I insisted she held my hand, so she obliged.

The moment she held my Palm, she she shouted "wow!! Your hand is warm!! I like it!!" And I told her "now you see the reason I insisted you hold my hand" So I asked her if she can still continue the journey and, to my expectations, she said "of course"
