Properties / What's The Minimum Distance That Should Be Given Between A Building And Soakaway by SirAlfred(m): 12:33pm On Aug 19, 2022
THIS DAYS WE SEE A SITUATION WHERE SOAK-AWAY AND SEPTIC TANKS ARE PLACED JUST BESIDE A BUILDING, AND COMMON SENSE, THOUGH NOT COMMON SHOULD TELL US THAT SOAK-AWAY SHOULD BE SITED SOME METERS AWAY FROM THE BUILDING AND FROM BORE-HOLES.
SO I WOULD WANT THE ENGINEERS AND HEALTH OFFICERS IN THE HOUSE TO EDUCATE US ON THE MINIMUM DISTANCE ALLOWED BY LAW OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA BEFORE SOMEONE CAN CONSTRUCT HIS SOAK-AWAY.
THANKS.

Rectify urgently please; the matches in the bet history should have their dates and times of play accompanying. When you look at the bet history, the matches that appear there, which are the matches you bet on look skeletal because they are accompanied by the date and time of which the matches are going to be played unlike what was obtainable in the old platform. So work on it. The site is somewhat better than before thanks.
Business / Re: For Nairabet Customers And Agents: Free Bets, Bonuses, Questions Etc by SirAlfred(m): 11:54pm On Oct 08, 2016
Work on the bet history please. Matches displayed there do not have date and time unlike the old platform. More so, lost bets should not be deleted.

Hello decency, how can one view his lost bet? I lost a bet but couldn't see it on bet history anymore to see the one that failed.

Please are you referring to a payout that you did which isyet to reflect on your bank account or are you referring to a deposit which is yet to reflect on your Nairabet account?

How do I change mobile betting odds from fraction to decimal?

Let me answer on alabis behalf, there is no need him repeating himself all over the place.
For those with log in issues, you probably have weak password and would need a new password with letters nd numbers to continue enjoying the service.

For those complaining about their bonuses, its there and not added to your current balance, just select your games and place the bet, it will go through plus make sure your very first bet on this new platform is with your #1000 bonus.

For those searching for bet history, it is available at the old platform "old.".

My own issue is the new site hasn't opened in my phone since 12am dis morning. My username " teeceey" in case alabi wan buy me origin.

How do I access the old platform please?
Business / Re: For Nairabet Customers And Agents: Free Bets, Bonuses, Questions Etc by SirAlfred(m): 5:56am On Oct 05, 2016
Hello, does the new platform wipes out the old bet history. I placed bets in advance but can't seem to see any after selecting bet history and choosing date interval. Please work on your site.

Even the bet I placed yesterday, I could not find those that I lost.

For now let me hide a little bit at bet9ja why watching what will be the outcome of Nairabet plans.

Career / Re: HND Holder Vs Third Class Degree Bsc Holder: Which Is Better? - EDUREGARD by SirAlfred(m): 2:01pm On Jul 08, 2016
I respond for the third time to this matter because I am a career civil service. If you have good grade in HND, you maybe better positioned to securing job than the one who has third class in BSc. But the issue is on what happens at the workplace when you must have been given the job. The public/civil service rule says that on no account should an HND holder direct a BSc holder at the workplace. HND stops at level 14 while BSc stops at level 16 & 17 as the case may be.
It will interest you to know that in my office, the head of department is in level 10 while the there are many with HND who are in level 14 but due to the rule they weren't given the opportunity to head the development.
For private sector especially banking sector, it may favour the HNDs as I have seen many who rose to manager though they have backups. This should not discourage you from obtaining you HND though.

Presidency is never a career office, you can go in there with ssce because it only requires political will to enforce. You can't head accounting department with ssce because it requires training

At the government establishment BSc 3rd class is superior to HND. You can't head a department or ministry with HND, but with BSc 3rd class you can head departments or ministries. It's there in the public service gazette.

Politics / Re: Lere Olayinka Lambasts Falana Over Fayose's Frozen account by SirAlfred(m): 6:34pm On Jun 23, 2016
Femi Falana has proven to the world that he is a charge and bail lawyer by saying that EFCC has the right to prosecute an incumbent governor. If there is any problem between him and Fayose, he should not bring it to Nigeria Constitution to complicate issues. An incumbent governor in Nigeria has full immunity so long as his tenure has not expired. Even though Nigeria are crying for the amendment of that portion of Constitution, it remains valid until otherwise revisited. Former Gov. T.A. Orji of Abia State is an example of governor's immunity. He won his election in prison. He was in prison on account of abuse of office an ex-chief of staff. But as soon as he was sworn in, he was shielded by immunity and was released unconditionally as an executive governor of Abia State. That is the power of immunity. Governors are immunised to avoid distractions. So Falana is just a disappointment and disgrace to Nigeria SANS by making sure utterances. He should be careful.

There is no more international businesses for the youths who were trading with China and Dubai because the exchange rate is high. And there is also no import substitution industry so far established in Nigeria, hence, the hike in prices of goods. He should rethink!!!!!

Are you telling the house that you couldn't secure 3.5 and above after spending 4 or 5 years at the university? What were you doing in school then? Actually, it is hard today to get job with such result and it does not mean that you will not get. The reason why it will be hard is because of too many graduates having 2:1 in the system. All I can say or tell you is to press forward, then you will get one. Another thing you can do is to have an edge over those that came out with 2:1 by obtaining your M.Sc. and other certifications like PMP, NIM, ISPON and surely, you will get there. This is my simple suggestion.

There is a lot of money in the construction industry. Make a little study and invest in block making industry. Although the amount you have may not be enough, but it will get you started if you are meticulous enough.

You can still go into clothing business.

All you you is forensic study.

Good Luck.......but not Jonathan
