Alal: why don't you people stay in your town instead of you coming to someone's land with crown. small time you will want to contest for Dejis thrown Can you see the image above and reflect honestly within yourself over your comment here. |

Why the noise about an Igbo traditional title in Akure, as if Yorubas don't take traditional titles in other kingdoms. See below the picture of a Yoruba traditional title holder in Gombe. The title "Leader" is not traditional to Igboland and come to think of it, what does it tend to address, if not a show of shame on the Deji's side. Please, observe that this man goes by the title "Sarkin" which is a traditional title for Hausa monarch. Even when there is the real Sarkin Gombe, he doesn't feel threatened by this Sarkin Yorubawa in his own kingdom. See his facebook page https://mobile.facebook.com/Gombe-Yorubawa-863883203659744/?_rdr

Roseey0: Are you still with British council? No. Had another offer from WAEC which I considered better for me and I resigned from BC just after a month of joining them. All the same, it is a very good place to work. They have just advertised some positions, including the one I resigned from. I encourage people to apply. They pay well and respect their staff welfare. |

amkaro: There are so many things I'll want u to consider. 1. How high can u rise in British Council? 2. How often do u get promoted? 3. Is ur salary incremental as u grow higher or static? 4. Is the job safe? Check out thr hire and fire policy 5. What are the other allowances and benefits in BC?
My advice, look beyond pay.
What I know u can get as an AR in WAEC
1. A very senior staff 2. The pay is good enough for starters. U will be shocked wen u get d offer letter or ur first pay. I know they pay than most organizations entry level apart from Oil and Gas. 3. Juicy bonuses 4. Safe job, timely promotion, and steady pay 5. Exposure ( locally and internationally) ......and more.
British Council is sweeter from pay band 6, trust me! This is experience and information combined. Op consider this advice very well. |

busuyem: God for the BC's. As Naira keeps falling, ur money/salary keeps increasing. Sir Busuyem, long time. Since after the PTI fraudulent recruitment. Hope you are doing fine. On the topic, don't you think that if WAEC will pay well too, that it will be a better offer, considering the job security and senior position status? |

Education › Re: Help To Solve This Polynomial! by SirBrightoc(m): 8:13am On Sep 28, 2016 |
Answer: f(x) = x^3 - 3x^2 - x + 3
Solution: x + 1 is a factor means f(-1) = 0 : f(-1) = p(-1)^3 + q(-1)^2 - (-1) + 3 = 0
Therefore, -p + q + 4 = 0 . . . Equation 1
Also, x - 4 leaves a remainder of 15. It means f(4) = 15. ie f(4) = p(4)^3 + q(4)^2 - 4 + 3 = 15
That gives 4p + q - 1 = 0 . . . Equation 2
Solve the simultaneous equations to get p = 1 and q = -3 |

Good experience. Mathematics was different. Had a written 20 minutes exam, containing 15 questions, before the oral interview. Didn't notice the last 3 questions, but answered others. The oral interview was good. Simple questions about the council and what you have to offer. God who brought me this far has done it. |
