When Roman came on board in 2004, they won 2 EPLs back to back, Fergie took some time to adjust, City came on board spending heavily and they've also enjoyed success, it's Liverpool's turn.

I am so sure that if Fergie was still around, we probably would have won just 1 or 2 EPL trophies between 2013 and 2020, not because of net spend, but his experience.
