lastpage: Really, no one needs to make jest of anyone "BUT IF" you are FAT and YOU dont like it, dont blame anyone for your size!

The best thing you can do is to take responsibility for how you look!

YOU can be whoever or whatever you want.

Suggestions:

EAT LESS PLEASE!

1.) Take a smaller plate to serve your food: I have noticed that we all scoop a "full plate" when we want to eat so one way to cut down on what you eat is to "change your plates to smaller ones".

2.) Stop "snacking in-between meals": Most fat folks just cant stop eating all the time. When walking on the streets, they are chewing something, in the train, on flights, just about anytime they are awake, they have something in their mouth. Control yourself and refuse to eat in-between meals
3.)Mind what you eat: Eat foods with less starch and Sugar! Eat more of FRUITS and VEGETABLES.... and there are plenty to choose from in Nigeria. Make Fruit juice (dont sieve it too much so it contains a little bit of fibre). If you must "eat something" in-between meals, take the fruit juice

EXERCISE MORE PLEASE!
If you can succeed in cutting down on your food intake, at least "balance it out" with burning the food! (its your money you are wasting anyway!)

1.) Most fat folks tend to feel "lazy and sluggish". They tend to want to remain in one place, most of the time. I know exercise takes a lot of energy and "will-power" but you have to be "mentally strong" and feel challenged, to conquer your worst enemy -LARGE SIZE!
Make concious effort to do some exercise:

-Fast Walk: normal walking would not help you loose weight, you need a "rapid walk" (like say u dey crase!) with arms swinging and body swerving from side-to-side. This one burns the fat and uses other calories/energy that would have been converted to fat later.
Jogging is also good. Get an "exercise buddy", someone who shares your passion for exercise to go along with you and get that MP3 player abd headphones, to make it more fun!

-Swim: if you have access to a pool, please swim a lot. Its the best "complete exercise" that touches all parts of your body at the same time. And you will even enjoy it!

-Ride a Bike: If you can ride a bike as it would reduce those fats in your legs and arm and makes your leg/arm muscles very firm.

SLEEP LESS:
Sleep deprivation prevents further metabolism of food ingested. You simply pass-out most of the food as "waste puupuu".

AVOID SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE:
-Do jobs that dont require you sitting down for hours upon hours (like I.T jobs, Driving jobs, e.t.c)
-Watch less TV and play less computer games! Kids are getting fatter nowadays because there is so much Video games around and they can spend days on the couch, just having fun on "computer/TV Games" but in the long run, it not only affect their "size", it damages their health!

Finally, dont play the blame game, like this is doing, take responsibility for your own size/health .... and be happy with what you make out of your like, eventually. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, CHANGE IT!

I think it's cool. Some guys do that when they have nothing much to say to the lady. Probably their way of letting the lady know that they are thinking of her. Better to call and say that than not call at all. Nothing wrong there.



I think it's courteous and gentlemanly to say thank you, even when it's something as trivial as getting added on facebook. Though the world need not know. A private message would do just fine.



I don't think any time is too early to ask for a lady's number as long as it is done politely, such that the lady is not embarrassed in the process.




I agree that one shouldn't do wrong to please anyone (male of female), but we are obligated as men to try and make ladies reasonably comfortable.
