Obi is like MTN network
Atiku is like Glo network
Tinubu is like Etisalat network

Choose the network you feel is the best for calls & data.

I recently constructed 4 unit of self con, for fear of this, I had to pay tfare for my dad all the way from enugu to Ogun state to help with the supervision..

All materials was careful used and monitored, no case of theft..
Bricklayers told me to keep 75 bags of cement for blinding, setting, lintel casting and German floor, we ended up using 62

I am currently building a 4 unit self contained too, ad estimated by the engineer that I would use 4200 blocks, I ended up using 2800 up to the 2 coaches after lintel... though I still have gable walls to add...

The roof will slope to the back, just like the 3d pics below

Note...it's a standard self con with kitchen, store, wardrobe, toilet...

I am still going to add 5 more coaches to the front to create a good height for the roof, I will update the thread as it goes..so far, I spent 1.6m including the soak away I dug which is 10ftby 12ft deep and 6ft by 6ft for waste water..
