Few person's depending how strong you are and close to the MD are getting their ApLon a daily.
But I got inform within the weekend that there is signal with NPA for them to put an end to the remaining pending pple. Pray and be hopeful that you make the official first list...

No be only NPA, even REA, NCMDB, etc...

From now to end of January many agencies of govt can do and undo when it comes to giving out APL...

Update in this context is that those that uploaded documents will be invited for interviews by the 15th of December. I mean they would receive APL before the end of the year!
