1. Tick 'show hidden files' on ES Explorer and search for and delete '.nomedia' file.

2. Why would you want WhatsApp media to cluster your gallery?
Well, try this WhatsApp >> Settings >> Chats>> Tick "Show media in gallery"

Sorry dear. I can't think of what could cause the first issue. Maybe you should uninstall and reinstall the apps.

The second problem could be permission.
Have you permitted the music app to access your media? You can confirm that in SETTING>>>APPS.

I noticed my videos does show on photos app, I downloaded MX player still the same thing, music also doesn't show on musixmatch but I can locate the videos & music on Es file xplorer

Also pictures download on WhatsApp doesn't show in photo app?
