I disagree slightly with Oshiomole. All Farouk needs to do to subvert (jungle) justice is to join APC and all his sins will be forgiven and he may even be considered tomorrow for Minister of Petroleum. At least he's no longer a civil servant now he can join politics with all his chest 🤡

Spoiled, pampered and sent abroad. This is usually the result.
This is what I thought of when Dangote spilled tea on Farouk's son. Money cannot buy integrity, honor or wisdom. The best teacher to a child is his parents. Parents think they can buy the help of household help, teachers and camps. It's like parents just think that once we can drop that child in this place, everything will be fixed or resolved. It's not just the children of the rich, it's everyone. Many parents are so lazy today, Gen X and Millennials have failed. Many people criticize Boomers but at least, they built sensible children with the knowledge they had. The woke generation that thinks they know everything have let the ball down and as a society, we now have individual parenting trending. Everyone is doing it their own way now. Gentle parenting, talk to the child, beating is abuse, this and that. Our ITK don land us for where we no know.

I prefer this interpretation in the picture. But if the father does not give discipline, who is the phuuulhuh The father or the unguided child?

Before you bring a child to this world, have a vision board. God guide us.

You can born a child but you can't born his behavior
.
It's not easy. Children often take the traits of their parents or grand parents. The child may take the activism trait of the father but in a different direction.

Fatherhood is not easy but it pays to put an effort and know you failed than put in no effort and regret you did not try enough.

Children need mending, amending and everything to shape them into being responsible men and women.

Trump cancelled some orders given by Biden with the autopen. Maybe it is time to review that and also put it in the law because people were reported to sign on behalf of Yar Adua and now Buhari. Buhari, if he loved this country should have resigned. He said it in the first term that he wished he was young so what went wrong? You could have had a great legacy if you passed the mantle to Yemi or left the place if your health was a challenge.

Romance › Re: Is Marriage Becoming Old-fashioned? A Brutally Honest Conversation by SixSeven: 6:04pm On Dec 18, 2025
When you go back to history and the evolution of society, you will understand why marriage was treated as an important institution. It is the only institution you attend where a certificate is given at the start. In other things in life, they want you to be patient and learn before getting what you cherish the most. In marriage, you can decide to be stoopeed and tear the certificate. You will not understand its value but with time you will.

Marriage is an institution that helps us with society. It helps us with family. It helps us with human relationships. The society then knew that for society to progress, the children have to be mined. Therefore, both men and women had to be responsible and role models for the future of humanity.

Marriage then wasn't about love, it was about putting structures in place. That's why families met. Unfortunately, the oyinbo came and deceived us and said two people should join together in their blindness, then they find out that love is blind, marriage is the eye opener. Those who married for love know that love alone cannot sustain marriage. You grow in love, you learn tolerance, you learn how to live with someone else, you learn how to live with another family. Love grows. They had people then who will investigate your family then if you liked someone, you don't just pick and choose or bend down to pick a girl yourself then start fighting your mom or she's fighting her dad. They arranged all these things from the start. Compatibility started from there. If they had the knowledge of genotype, I'm sure they would have added it to their list. They screened the families. It's okay to choose who you marry but you must be guided. Today, everyone wants to do it alone but they are too young and phuleash in their haste.

Girls were asking why the girl child was primed for her husband's house. Hello. Career girl, tell us what's up? Women thought they were in bondage and cannot live their dreams because children will interfere with their career. Ask women who give birth and are working, their perspective shifts immediately they bring a child to this world vs when they are me me me. Humanity is talking about low fertility rates today but it is not just that. There is no structure again. Women are free to have babies for who they want to but there is no institution to preserve lineage.

There is so much to write but marriage may be old fashioned but it remains the most common sense approach humanity accepted to regulate society.

We are seeing the result of no marriage today. Does it look like what we want?

Are you surprised that all the state governors, senators, house of reps are now joining APC?

Celebrities › Re: CAN Slams Ini Edo’s Nollywood Film Title A Very Dirty Christmas As Offensive by SixSeven: 2:17am On Dec 18, 2025

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAzd7iYXlMk

McDonald's Netherlands has taken down a Christmas advert made with Artificial Intelligence (AI) following online backlash.

The 45-second advert was produced with generative AI clips and released publicly on McDonald's Netherlands YouTube channel on 6 December.

Viewers on social media denounced the use of AI in the film, with one commenter calling it "the most god-awful ad I've seen this year".

On 9 December McDonald's Netherlands removed the video, adding in a statement to BBC News that the moment served as "an important learning" as the company explored "the effective use of AI".

The advert was created for McDonald's Netherlands by Dutch company TBWA\Neboko and US production company The Sweetshop.

Adverts which include generative AI have become a growing trend among major brands, such as Coca-Cola, particularly for the Christmas season.

The McDonald's Netherlands advert depicted things that can go wrong during the Christmas break, using the slogan "the most terrible time of the year", and suggesting the time was better spent in the company of the fast food giant.

Following its release, viewers criticised the film's uncanny-looking characters and large number of stitched together clips, calling it "creepy" and "poorly edited".

As clips made using generative AI are more likely to distort the longer they run for - most clips made using the process tend to be roughly six to 10 seconds long - even a 45-second advert would likely consist of many videos edited together.

The video also provoked concerns for job displacement in the industry, with one Instagram comment noting: "No actors, no camera team..welcome to the future of filmmaking. And it sucks."

We need our men to start coming out instead of keeping quiet about these things. The more we let these liberal ideologies lie to our youth, the more danger lies ahead in the future. E be like say as war no too plenty, many men have had the time to waste on rubbish and now lack focus, strength and energy to be a man. They even want to be women now. See men online dressing as women and they want to be taken care of. They want to be leeches on women. A weak generation of men is a defeated nation.

Weak men are a national security concern. We need our MEN BACK. If we let these men turn to women, we go suffer and I mean this seriously.

You can't expect more when you give less. I laugh at "men offer food". Women are the only one who offer food. You thought the statement "women belong to the kitchen" came from where? We offer food. men only offer money and maybe shelter.
Your comments were well captured here

I chuckled when you wrote "until men offer more". More what? How about doing things yourself for yourself and not depending on an exchange? After all, love isn't transactional.

What are the basic things of life?

Food
Shelter
Clothing
And what else is material that you need to survive as a person?

Let me tell you, yes I agree she needs urgent psychological help. I've even told her this but she doesn't even know or understand what that means in the first place. Again, she is someone who can't be taught. She's not Teachable. Doesn't admit errors and she's not accountable.
Initially, I didn't have such mindset of just pipping and swipping her. I had wanted to build life with her. But believe me, the girl is stressing and draining Me. I'm an introvert. I even hate to talk too much, but this lady keeps doing so many strange things that are unbecoming of her Age. She claims to love me and says it all the time, but her actions betray her words. From the outset, I was so serious with her that she even had to confess to her female best friend about the love and seriousness I was showing towards her. But as I began to realise how terrible she is, I began to change how I relate with her
Leave her alone if you cannot fix her. Stop the excuses. You don't have respect for yourself. Your story tells me more about you than her if you don't know. Your earlier response proves that to me too.

This pattern of deflecting from the main issue is why corruption has lingered in this country. What is the main issue? Those are heavy allegations. Are foreign investors more important than local investors? I hate how we use that term like as if foreign investors live here and love us more than ourselves? Let them keep their foreign investment in their home. After all, China closed its borders and still rose. Wetin be foreign investors? Someone is stealing and investing in another country's education, is that one local investment! Isn't it more dangerous to have a regulator who can open your bum bum to foreign investors and foreign interference by collecting kickbacks? Foreign investors my left yansh.

Fear God and leave the woman alone. You just want to be piping her... You can see that she has foundational issues but you are not acting like a man that you should. You are telling us about her faults. What about yours? Read my comments here, I no de support women and their manipulative struggles but on this one, I blame you. This girl looks like someone who has father issues. You can look up to the mom. You either want redemption or you will be part of her bad decisions. Who is the father of her child? What's he doing about his child?

What I see here is a girl that was not properly groomed and now instead of you to be a bridegroom, you are taking pride in her ruin. You either want to be someone who influences her in the right direction or you want to participate in her wrong decisions. I see a girl who is looking for every means to survive, she is not guided, mended or mentored well. As a man, will you be happy your child is used for GoFundMe updates? She needs redemption and no one has sat her down to rewire her brain. You are just a player in the games unfortunately. It is easier to build strong children than broken men/women.

I wish to help because of that child but what you will not eat, don't put near your nose. When you are done and if you want to help her, let me connect her with people that will repair her life and make her take responsible decisions and stop repeating the broken pattern from her family. No be everything be fork fork forj.
