Isn't he an ambassador? What a great ambassador of mathematics. I once wrote a comment about his bad maths before he became an ambassador and it was hidden. I know Reno has an influence on Nairaland but for Seun, you need to make sure they don't use your Nairaland as media space for their campaign. |
reddingtonblack:Don't worry. The richest people are not the fronts but if you are carried away by that, never mind, I don't think you understand the business. Ditto football and any other sports you see someone popular. Those behind the scenes pull the strings for the rest of the masses to focus on. Wealth is never loud, riches maybe, but wealth spends more money to get privacy than fame. Let's leave it here for this topic. Let's enjoy the anonymity of the internet 🌎 |
Northsouth:I feel you. Now this is my MO NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU. It sounds evil but it's the reality. Take care of yourself first, accept responsibility for yourself and do not depend on anyone. I've been around old people since I was a child. The ones that depend on people always grumble about it. It's one of the humiliation of life. May we not experience this humiliation ritual because we cannot predict life no matter how perfect we plan for it. We often forget that we came to this world alone and will still go alone. No matter how much a mother loves her son, she won't go to the grave with him. It's important to plan. I agree with you on that but maybe I'm rapping too much. I came across this quote recently and it stayed with me not because of miserliness but the reminder of how life is 👇 "DO NOT BE LIKE A MISER WHO SAVES FOR THOSE WHO WILL BURY HIM" - African Proverb The world is a funny place to be which is why I posted some of those things before. We come without anything, we fight for everything, then when we have these things, especially money, we worry about how to keep it, maintain it and protect it and even provide for the future, then when we leave, we hope it is used the way we want it but by that time, no matter how powerful we are, we can't come from the grave to enforce it. We are just useless. We are so powerless. We are so irrelevant and even if, in the world beyond, we can see our enemy taking what we fought for, we still can't do anything. They are playing a video recording of our will and the child we thought would obey is the one saying "daddy, no na, I cannot accept that, we will challenge this will". I've seen too many things in this world that nothing surprises me anymore, therefore, instead of being disappointed in anyone else or bothered by these things that pretend to belong to me, I flow with the ocean waves. Betrayal only comes from expectations. Maybe it reminds us of what we can control and I take delight in the way the birds live. Not angry birds 🐦😂 https://www.tiktok.com/video/7354189597582183723 This theme 👆 is common in religions and non-religious groups. Some of them call it a spirit of abundance but it takes an understanding mind to acknowledge what favor he has on earth but worries so much about the extra. I believe happiness is from satisfaction, and scarification is not of the rich because they want moreI think you mean/t scarcity. Here is another thing of the rich. By the time you acquire so much, it becomes a burden. In fact, there are two things. One, you start to worry. Two, you either want more or you start to give. Being rich is not bad and I hope you do not think I am preaching against having more. I am just saying that when you recognize it, do what gives you peace. Many at times, you find out that after having more, they (the normal ones who still have a conscience) want to give from what they have. They find happiness in what they give away. They now realize that happiness was never in acquisition, it was more in disposal. What an irony We enjoy the process more than the end result, that's why we keep going for more and it becomes like an addiction. If money was enough to put a stop for us, Elon would have stopped, Dangote won't bother and some men won't go underwater to find the Titanic shipwreck. That is another thing about money. It funds a certain type of lifestyle but if you take a seat back and observe, you will just observe that it is PACKAGING. A resort is built in an island but guess what is there? Nature! The same nature we escaped from in the villages to go and acquire riches in the cities ![]() The food we are served is packaged but someone else is eating it for free in another village. The house we live in has extra features, there is a house under water, there is a house near a zoo etc. These are just extra things but if you come to the basics of life, it remains that all human beings want SHELTER, FOOD and CLOTHING. So enjoy getting more, but don't let getting more get into your head, don't let it control who you are. Don't let it determine what makes you happy. Give things out and there is a spiritual thing about letting things go so new things can come into your life😂 There is a show they used to have on CNN with that Ghanaian presenter. My worst day or something like that. The rich people on her show, when they talk about their losses, it is always big. I don't think a lot of people are willing to embrace loss. That all what you have can leave in an instant. And when you recognize your mortality and non-invincibility, you can live normal and be humble with life. This same Femi Otedola was once on that show too ![]() |
Fdot:I smiled reading your comment. God bless you dear. You made me remember some proverbs ![]() 1. The wise create proverbs for fools to learn, not to repeat.Once again, God bless you for these reminders |
@reddingtonblack I should also add that not everyone is carried away by popularity. Fame does not necessarily pay the bills. In fact, those behind the scenes make more money than the artiste everyone is crazy about. That's why after some time, the, craze for limelight does not bother those who have tasted it before. They leave the spotlight for more serious business. So portable can have the popularity he enjoys but someone who does not want that will let him enjoy it. The Beatles singer, when he realised he only had few months to live, gave us the beats 👇

reddingtonblack:No. The fact that I attend a program does not mean I have to answer all questions you give me. Even on the podcasts that call themselves uncensored, there are certain topics the guests have chosen not to talk about. I do not agree that if you are private, you do not go to some programs. Who made Morayo's program a family program? Did she tell you it's only families she will talk about? Have you forgotten that even this Ireti Doyle once had her daughter in the spotlight? Morayo cannot force me to talk about what I don't want to talk about. At least Morayo knew me before she invited me. Last week, I was watching a show, the man was giving his life history, saying so many things and he had previously mentioned names, then it got to one question and he said I wouldn't want to talk about it now. You also cannot tell me that I should not choose some certain careers if I want privacy. There are some careers that put you in public's eyes but I also have my own right. Everyone has their own rights. Have you also asked why she chose to share details with Chude but not with Morayo? Have you considered the journalist too? I have watched Morayo for a long time. She gets too nosy into people's personal lives and I have seen people stop her when they don't want to talk about personal issues on live TV. They can choose to do that and I see nothing wrong there. Morayo was carried away when she talked about her husband and it became a headline. This woman here has said she will talk about her own divorce on her own platform, within her control and I 100% agree with that. That's maturity and wisdom for someone like her in showbiz. She could be protecting her children for all you know and the world doesn't care about! |
reddingtonblack:No. I have come across a number of people who are celebs and they will tell you they are very private. They say the only reason why you think they are otherwise is because they have to perform. An example was Lagbaja. Genevieve Nnaji, Asa etc. I don't believe a personality should state the kind of profession you choose, you just have to deal with it. Privacy is power and suffering from the hands of paparazzi, media and followers is not easy. You know celebrities have left social media because of the pressure. Human beings can put up appearances. You insist on celebrities but I've watched people who dance, do wild stuff and they will tell you that once the show is over, this is their ME time. It's just what it is.

RandDigital:Fair enough, I know people can actually be depressed regardless of their gender orientation but what I am saying is that when you choose to be out of the clan, you have to understand what the consequences will be. For instance, the woman who decided to act like a man, what happened to her eventually? She suffered from depression after the experiment. https://www.tiktok.com/video/7206994601540848901?lang=en |

amaridigital:I am not going to be political correct but if I were gay, God forbid I was, I would just do my thing and move on since I know the society is not ready to accept it. I do not believe that society should not put guardrails because if not for that, incest will be a thing of pride. What are we saying sef? We know whites who have |
reddingtonblack:Humor me on how we know so much about Otedola/Elumelu but you don't know much about Adenuga/Ovia. Some people decided to put their business on Ovation magazine before social media, some chose never to do that. Small time now, you fit go comot mask for Lagbaja face at this rate ![]() People are entitled to their privacy. They deserve it as human beings. Ronaldo has a show where he shows us how he lives, Messi does not. |

They should have released this a long time ago? How long? Once they were confirmed as a registered party by INEC. |
Stephen0mozzy:You see that your first line eh ![]() A man with high standards is one they cannot manipulate and they don't like that because you can't control him. We have told women what really matters, they think say na lie. Oya na

Northsouth:That was what Africa was built on. Wetin dem call that thing again, self substicence or whatever the name is. To your question, let me leave you with quotes. Do I live by the? Yes. Why? Because I understand I need to survive but when I think about the chain of life, I remember that picture where we come with nothing, they brainwash us with everything, then leave us with nothing. I also watch this guy and I have found out that after all is done, we still go back to basics. The things we acquire, we don't get happiness from them but somehow they convince us that those things make us happy ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9PDi8asCEM I won't let society tell me what it takes to make me happy when after studies of the sages, I have found that what makes us happy starts with self. And nobody can take that away from me. Even the people who make life terrible and worse won't steal that from me. I cannot control them, I can control my reaction and action ![]()

kingthreat:Nothing stops you from reading the post, comprehending it and using your brain to analyse if it is worth a good response or not. This one wasn't done well, try better lad. You can do it. 👍 NNTR

reddingtonblack:This is only applicable to public service. Once you decide to lead, we need to know. I don't care about Tinubu once he has left the Presidency but as long as he is there, he is using taxpayers money. That's why. I put your sentence into AI. This is a good summary of what you think you need to know and what they think you need to know. 👇

reddingtonblack:You seem to form a judgment and you are so worried that her silence and refusal to answer the question is about not accepting accountability, that's why she is refusing to answer it. She must have done some wrong and the rumors will keep going on unless she addresses it. A lot of things are said about the Royal Family, the paparazzi is brutal and unkind and they still choose not to respond. I can even assume she is a bad woman and didn't do right, why am I so invested in her response? That's what I want to know. You are yet to convince me why she needs to respond. Her husband has also been invited to talk shows and he has talked about their marriage. The man wey marry am no complain, why e go be say na me go come carry am for head? If she was a politician or public official, there are certainly certain things I want to know about her but she's not and that's her business. https://www.tiktok.com/video/7594281421829573902 Till date, people are still interested in Leonardo Di Caprio's personal life so tey dem bring am up for award. So convince me why she must answer a certain way and why she must answer the question. |
LordIsaac:It's all about survival and at this age, it's still survival, pension things.

reddingtonblack:This is Morayo's new show. I have watched this woman on TV when Morayo was still there. This is the same woman answering this question here 👇 She has maintained the same stance since. She prefers to live her life privately and believes she owes no one any explanation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-986KSAmck Look at her at TVC when she was asked the question here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aWSZM7jfHE She owes no one any explanation about her personal life and I do not see anything wrong in how she answered. Why must she smile? Sowore answers the way he likes, he still has followers, Tinubu, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Seun... That's why they have personalities. Why do you think she needs to explain what happened to strangers? She already said those who deserve to know know, Whatsup with putting up appearances and trying to please people? That young woman is too old for that ![]() |
RandDigital:The bot hid my comment. I no get strength and time to rewrite. One of the things I wrote was the BioWar against SA. Also, have you considered that the mental health problems by the LGBTQs is because they are going against nature and their minds are talking to them? They can always be in a gay friendly country and still have the problems. So it's not only about discrimination.

brain54:You take me out of my own country to go and answer justice in your own country. USA is a very interesting country. No wonder African presidents just snoozed the ICC. |
reddingtonblack:What I am reading from your post is that she was rude and disrespectful to her fans with the way she responded, is that it? |
Nostalgia is not a strategy, appreciate the past, embrace the present. Live life, enjoy it. Do not suffer for the past or the future. Be in the moment. Technology does not create moments, human beings do. |
reddingtonblack:Sade Adu is a celebrity. There are certain things that she never tells about herself. I have watched her interviews and there are some questions she won't answer or simply laugh it off. In fact, some people have mystified her that she only gives interviews once in a century. It is their work you love, not their life. Learn to differentiate that. They can be terrible examples to learn from. You should learn from your family first, not strangers you admire. Sade Adu, the lead singer of the band Sade, is renowned for her extremely private and enigmatic nature, often operating far outside the traditional celebrity spotlight. Her approach to fame is characterized by long absences between projects and a focus on "music first, celebrity second". |
