Which Nigerians are you referring to? Is it the 0.00001% group you are referring to?
You guys just make baseless and reckless statement without proper verification. Do you know how much a borehole costs?

Only such statements can come out from an animalistic animositous Republic. Someone up there said unless a reset like the type that happened in Russia and France decades ago, Nigerians and their leaders will never get sense. Dont worry at this rate it will happen sooner than expected.
Nigerians believe in solving their problems. Even your president solved the problem of epileptic electricity supply by switching to solar in Aso Rock. Nigerians are selfish. Once they and their families are okay, they don't mind if the larger society is suffering.

Nigerians will rather take care of their health with private health care than let everyone suffer so government fixes public health care with their taxes.

Nigerians will rather send their kids to private schools than let everyone face public school issues so government improves education.

Nigerians will rather drill boreholes than depend on public water so government fixes water supply.

Nigerians will rather hire private security than rely on police so government improves national security.

Nigerians will rather pay for private waste disposal than tolerate poor sanitation so government fixes waste management.

Nigerians will rather use multiple internet providers than endure bad service so government improves telecom infrastructure.

Nigerians will rather travel abroad for medical treatment than endure local hospitals so government fixes public healthcare.

Nigerians will rather relocate abroad (“japa”) than stay and push for systemic change so government improves living conditions.

Nigerians will rather build houses in gated estates than live in poorly planned areas so government fixes urban planning.

Nigerians will rather pay private tutors than rely on school teaching so government improves education quality.

Nigerians will rather use personal cars and ride-hailing than depend on public transport so government fixes mass transit.

Nigerians will rather dig their own drainage or fix flooding around their homes than wait so government solves flooding issues.

Nigerians will rather rely on personal connections (“man know man”) than demand transparent systems so government fixes public institutions.

Nigerians will rather pay out-of-pocket in cash than rely on insurance systems so government strengthens social safety nets.

Nigerians will rather install private CCTV and alarms than depend on public surveillance so government improves security infrastructure.

Nigerians will rather create informal businesses than wait for an enabling environment so government fixes ease of doing business.

Nigerians will rather homeschool or use lesson centers than depend fully on schools so government improves learning standards.

Nigerians will rather use unofficial shortcuts and middlemen than endure slow public processes so government fixes bureaucracy.

A Ghanaian once said that the difference between Nigeria and Ghana is that if everyone in Ghana did not have light, no one person will go ahead and solve the problem on their own. They will wait as a collective. We are so used to fixing things ourselves. It is a good thing but it is also selfish. Ubuntu can never succeed if we want to be above others instead of enjoying what everyone can enjoy. President does not want to suffer with us, he is a reflection of the average Nigerian.

Is Cambridge private?

Is this the Education Ministry's policy? Is this FG's policy?

It is the politics of tribalism and division that will make one do name checker before every opinion, then draw a conclusion from there.

You are telling me that just because someone is Yoruba, they must support Tinubu? Or because someone is Igbo, they must support Obi and if they are from Yola, they must support Atiku? That's a naive way of looking at earth. I knew that we used to have some people like this, but since brother Bola took over, he raised it to the power of how much a liter of fuel costs. Very sad.

You drew your opening statement from the writer's name then concluded on a mass group, expecting they all act the same, behave the same and think the same. That's called AFFINITY BIAS.

This image depicts a long queue of people waiting for gasoline at a Hess gas station in New York City following the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy in November 2012.

Sandy Aftermath: The power outages and supply chain disruptions caused by Hurricane Sandy led to severe fuel shortages, resulting in massive lines and waiting times at operating gas stations.

Emergency Measures: The crisis prompted new regulations requiring certain gas stations in the region to have backup power capabilities to ensure pumps can function during future outages.

Fuel Acquisition: Customers are seen waiting with portable fuel containers because many gas stations were closed or out of fuel.

You have some growing up to do with your reactions. You can't control everything. Even your president said he knows people abuse him on the internet but he doesn't go there. You are actually overreacting because you want to force respect when you should earn it. Woman matter no be through force. Women are very cunning and if you play into their hands, you will look like a child to them.

A woman that tells you your shame de shame her, you don't think she cares so much about you that she's ashamed on your behalf? Na you de see am as insult and I think it is your ego that is reacting here. Now that you have done without her, you come de miss am abi you no miss am? If e sure you, you no go come here de ask us. Another thing guy, manage your own house. If you ask friends too much, na dem go advise you to leave her and chike her later. Men still need women and if she is a good girl, keep her. You just miss opportunity to know the shame wey you de carry for head but pride no gree you hear am.

I believe we just need to save and plan for our generations to come, life should be easier for our offsprings
That doesn't mean they won't have to go fishing themselves anyway because regardless of how much they meet on ground, they must be taught never to be lazy with even what will make life easier for them
Money is good o but let me humor you a bit. You are planning for your children in Naira but they decide to pursue their future in Dhiram or Australia pound grin or let's say in 2065, the Sudanese pound is more than the British pound and your child goes there. Your child will not value all your hard work. What about children who do well than anyone in their generation has ever done?

The greatest gift to inherit from parents is not financial, but emotional and intangible, including unconditional love, presence, wisdom, and strong values. These lasting legacies shape a child's confidence and character, often considered more valuable than material wealth. Other key inheritances include a good reputation and a well-planned estate. Your plan is in estate but know that anything can happen to it.

Give your children intangible assets when you are available. During the Nigerian Civil War, the government made millionaires poor with a policy they passed. Some people have fled a country as rich people only to start their lives in a new country as refugees.

We tend to plan for life in the current image we have of it without realizing that we do not control the future we have a vision of grin

Nobody serves a local dog with a golden plate, it will end up messing up the plate. I remember someone once said if you have children and none of them can say "my father used to say, my father said this, my father used to do this", then you have not lived yet.

Don't think I am a pessimist because generational wealth exists but I just want you to look at the larger picture. What are you living for?

Go watch the movie "we were soldiers"
Iran is just about to sacrifice 1 million troops for nothing. If America tell u they are coming by land, know they are coming by air. A combination of America & Israeli airforce will wipe out these troops within a blink.
You should go read about the Vietnamese war. You can't know the land more than the locals. That's the truth. You over estimate the US and Israeli intelligence while discarding those who belong to the land.
Foreign AffairsRe: Iranian Army Mobilises 1 Million Troops In Preparation For U.S Ground Invasion by SixSeven: 7:06pm On Mar 27
If I consider Iran's perspective, one reason why they will continue the war is to teach the US or Israel or any other country never to try what they have done so far again or think about it. It's what we call "try me if dem born you well" in Naija lingo. Trump will take more of the hit for this war because it is not a popular one among Americans and Congress will not sit to approve the Pentagon's request for funds until after Easter break. You can see that Trump has once again extended his 5 day break to 10 days. Iran has been waiting for this period for a long time, so instead of fighting the war, they are waiting for US to try them. Trump is looking for a way to pull out of the war.

What is worse than fighting a war is fighting an ideology. If you kill 1m of them, another 1m are already preformatted with the OS. This was a risky gamble by Trump. You never fight those who are not afraid of death. It has happened in Cambodia, Vietnam and places US occupied. War is not always about might.

Didn't one so called veteran journalist title his article OBITURARYhuh

APC is good in propaganda and I would only advise that they should know that things have changed. The more you abuse a candidate, the more you attract pity and the underdog is usually favored. Don't repeat the same mistakes you made in 2023 where you wrote them off until you saw the results on election day.

Statments like this was how they wrote two people in a room tweeting, they don't have voters card etc. Many of these old guards are forgetting that this generation of youth play politics differently and they have their own identity. The worst thing to do is make them feel like they don't matter
I’m saying that this Obi is a Peter of Clay – malleable, confused, and lacking in staying power. He’s drifting, mistaking a jungle for a zoo. This should be a great source of worry for his troops, especially the social media-based avatars (without voter cards), who deify Obi and whose political signature tune is “the Obi-way or the highway.” His political history needs no retelling other than to record what a missed opportunity it represents.
Do not bury a dead body until it stops breathing.

I was waiting for you to mention this. Quite predictable. Perhaps you have not followed the news to see that Elon has fallen behind. Why?

If investors start selling shares, stock prices fall, company valuation drops, Musk’s networth drops, his wealth has swung by tens or even hundreds of billions in short periods in the past but you probably are oblivious to the fact that “richest person” rankings are very fluid because of how they depend on stock markets and the fact that they’re based on paper wealth, not cash in the bank. This can comfortably put Arab families that control rich oil resources and not on some of these lists above those whose riches are dependent on others. Stock is what you own, not what the market decides. How did we get here?

In psychology, cherry-picking refers to the intentional or unintentional omission of information to present a biased perspective

"Photographers make choices about what they are presenting and how they will present it; what story they are telling and how it's told."

A picture tells a thousand words but mutes a thousand lies.
