Nigeria is richer in gdp yes, but divide the gdp by the population to get the per capita income you will see that the other countries are better off.

We should not be blinded by those figures... Nigeria is rich just on paper. A middle class family in countries like South Africa, Egypt, Angola etc has a better standard of living than their Nigerian counterparts.

In these countries, money is evenly circulated among its citizen while in Nigerian money is been controlled by a few.

Let's take for example... A family of 6 has 25kg of rice to eat in a month, another family of 4 has 20kg to eat in the same period. Which family do you think feeds better? Of course it's the family of 4!!

We still have a long way to go in this country. Let's stop deceiving ourselves with these figures.
