Yes oo.. I did not see anywhere they said different people should sign each form on the website or the instructions they gave.. So when i took it to the officer, He signed both LGA and reference form for me.. He is from my state.

Alright ma'am.. I'll have to make do with what i have. I'll make do with the already signed forms done by just a senior officer i know

U need two different people to sign. The person dat signs lga form can sign one of the reference form while u look for another person to sign d second reference form

Firstly, how many forms did u print out, 4 right??

Parent's consent, local govt, refree and photocard. Two separate individuals are to sign each of the local govt and refree forms but in my case of which i've been adviced, the senior officer intends to sign all. Hope you got cleared now?

And don't forget, A Police Officer of the rank of "Assistant Commissioner of Police" can sign for you and there are many of them that will gladly do it for you.

Thanks..I'm quite aware of this but needed to be cleared if one senior officer can sign all and affix his/her passport. I've been answered though.. meaning I'll speedily get to the laison office for that of the LGA form to make two refrees.

The hymn was actually composed by Jane Fanny Crossby, who lost her sight when she was just 6 month old. It was during a powerful crusade that she received the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and started singing the song.

She was also the person that composed:

I'll help out a bit.. a young man feeling unconcerned about his soul was approached by a pastor who invited him over to a programme holding in his church. On attending the programme, he went with a friend who raised a song when the time for young men to sing a song came. The wordings of the song"pass me not o gentle saviour" captured him at that point, he asked himself what his life would become if God passes him by. There and then he bought into the song and sang deep straight from his heart.
After the closure of the gathering, the pastor met with him and asked him to narrate how he felt of which he told him of how he was working by a canal and heard the song from some fellas having a meeting by a boat. The part "While on others Thou art calling, do not pass me by" from the song got to him and then he believed it was the turning point to which he became saved after the church programme.
Hopefully you'll understand with my little explanation but if not, then revert back to the original and read between the lines of each words slowly. Best wishes of the new month.
