To all out esteemed followers, who have been waiting patiently for our Updates, we are sorry for the late Updates. We had to make sure we visit all out projects in Lagos and Outside Lagos and do a Detailed Planning of Way forward for the newyear.

Welcome Back. As we wish Everyone a Happy newyear. We are back to work and by this time next year, we would have created Unbelievable Architecture in Different places for the work to be part of.

Nice one. Any reason for this type of foundation? What is the cost so far?

We do the T-Foundation for places that have been filled for less Than a year. Its just to ensure the building sits on a solid flat foot instead of a Straight foot, this will then reduce the Settling of Building into the Ground.

Expenditure so Far Excluding Filling, and Community Levies, is N6,200,0000
