The Team Understanding and Size can then grow from that Initial Selection of Roots/Seeds and the understanding can make your group reach an unbelievable height, hence each team can then be in charge of selecting and training for their respective departments, as the company becomes bigger. to me Whats important is teamwork and Understanding (The reason I know Why Barcelona FC is a very successful Football Club).

Is it right that you are sourcing for outside Hands for this critical Part of the Job. Don't you think using your in house staff works best, so as to avoid issues arising again, after the dust had calmed down. You've done a nice Job till now, don't use people you don't trust for these Critical Stages.

Nice...Though i have some issues with the detailing in certain areas. Not like I'm critiquing your work, I respect what you do, but i believe every design should be thought through 100%. See images. In all, i love the passion with which you execute your projects. Good one!!!

It will be fantastic for me to work for you. That means by the time I am done I will have grown to an Unbelievable level of Excellence, due to your Attention to every Details.

Worked Hard on those Part you pointed out and Some others you might not have taken note of. Anyway as for that roof, at least its slopping into the Deck ontop and follow there out to the Drain. The Idea was to slope the Small roof ontop of the Big Roof by all means. Others we are working on to ensure we find a way of Making it come out better than they have done.

This is 225mm x 1200mm Reinforced Concrete Beam. With 200mm Thick Reinforced Concrete Slab on Well compacted and Damp Proofed Filling sand.
